"Sloppy Seconds"?

{ Next Morning }

I woke up from my alarm at 6:30, fully rested. But, honestly, today just wasn't my day. I'm not in the mood for anything or anyone! 😒

I did my hygiene routine & put on black capri sweats, a white v-neck shirt & Bred 11's. I put my hair in bun like how I had it yesterday. The only jewelry I wore was my diamond necklace that I've had literally forever.

When I was done, I got my phone, purse & backpack then went downstairs.

Today the chef was preparing custom omelets for us but I didn't really want one. He prepared me a caramel frappé that tasted JUST like Starbucks..possibly better! That made me a little better but I still just was not in the mood.

Lessey & I got to school & went to the clique.

"Hey y'all," Jordan said as we walked up to her, Chad, Jay, Willow & Zharia.

"Hi.." I spoke into my locker while getting my things for first pd. out.

"What's wrong with her?" Jaden asked Lessey.

"I don't know, ask her."

I closed my locker & turned to them.

Jaden just closer to me & whispered "What's wrong?"

"Nothing"

He continued to whisper. "Stop lying, did you just wake up mad?"

"Yes, actually."

"What's gonna make you happy?"

I shrugged. "& this hickey is just ugh!"

"You liked getting it."

I rolled my eyes & he wrapped his arms around my waist. He started kissing me & I didn't pull back; there's no use.

Willow cleared her throat & Jaden pulled away. "Better?" He asked, smirking.

"Not really" I said, giggling at his facial expression since I said no.

Zharia looked at the time, "Bell rings in 3 minutes, let's go."

We walked to class while Chad walked to his actual first pd.

It's lunch time & the clique has this period together, yep, all of us. We have outside lunch today. 😛 So we're sitting at a table within the mix of all of the students. I'm in a better mood than earlier but, I swear on me & all that I love that if another girl look at me sideways, it's gonna be a fight. 😒✋

"Gimme a cheese stick, Jay." I said, looking at his tray.

"Magic word?"

"Please?"

"Magic action?"

I hesitated then kissed his cheek. "Now, please?"

He sighed, "Good enough." Then he held out a cheese stick & I grabbed it.

That's when some girl, Mikaela-I think, walked past us making a barf noise.

"What's your problem, Mikaela?" Zharia asked, irritated. This girl has been annoying the both of us all day.

"Just make sure your friend knows that she has my sloppy seconds!" The girl with a nerve-wrecking voice said, looking at Jay & I.

"Listen, I don't know why you're mad.. he dumped you for me or some'? Because I don't even know you for you to be coming at me. But I mean, hey, if you feeling froggy, JUMP. You're acting like you're queen bee when you're just a basic thot." I said, standing up & drawing a crowd.
