Lessey POV:

It was weird the rest of the day. All, except Des, Chris, Bri & I, had went to change their clothes at their own homes. They'all be back around 8 o'clock, right before the party starts.

Mom & Pops decided to have date night & all of the staff was off duty for the night.

Destiny POV:

~ my room ~

I was brushing my straightened hair, almost ready. Lessey & Bri were in my room doing make-up.

“Bruh, is he coming tonight? Like, I don't want any drama.” Bri asked.

I hope he's not. And I'm ignoring him if he does.

“Knowing Jaden, I'm 90% sure that he will show up since we didn't exactly uninvite him.”

They both looked over at me.

“What?” I asked, turning around. “I don't care about him. I'll ignore. Chill.”

“Well good. But you look cute. Who are you trying to impress?" Bri smirked at me.

I had a black leather pants, a tee with a fierce lion on it, Timbs, & a gold chain. I was also wearing red lipstick.

“Nobodyyyy. I'm already dealing with too many guys."

"I need to get myself an LA boo tonight.”

“Lmfao, stupid. Lessey, is Chad coming?”

“Of course girl. Apparently he's staying the night too. We'll see about that.”

"Doubt it”

“Exactly. But he's all like 'baby, I promise' so we'll just have to wait & see.“

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Come in" all the girls said in unison.

Chris walked in causing me to look away.

"Des, can we talk....alone?"

“We'll be downstairs.”

Lessey & Bri left out of my room. Then Chris walked up to me.

“Talk.“

I kept my head lowered.

“Look at me.“

I did as told this time, rising my head.

"What?"

"You know we need to talk."

"Do you really think right now's a good time?"

"As good as any other time"

"What do you want to know?"

"Just..why?"

"I moved! I didn't even see you before I left. I didn't know where we stood. We honestly were never even together.. Plus, you can't sit here & look me in my eyes saying you didn't mess with any other female while you were away.“

He grew silent.

"My point exactly!”

“I'm sorry, baby.."

“Mmmhmm”

"You still lied though.”

“And you told me 100% of the truth? No. Face it, we're both wrong. And....I'm sorry.“

He hugged me then kissed me.

I looked at his outfit & smirked. He had on a boy version of my outfit & black Timbs.

"You match my fly"

He smiled. "Great minds think alike"

"CORNY"

"You like it though.“

I giggled a little bit. "I looove you"

"I love you too.“

We walked downstairs hand-and-hand.

"Yaay! That clears some of the tension.“

“Where's Lessey?"

"Kitchen with Chad"

"Oh, okay."

The doorbell rung & I went to open it. Everyone who was over earlier was back.

"Hey y'all"

There were 'hey's' & 'wassup's' being mumbled but all of them noticed how tense I got when. I saw Jaden with another girl. Ain't that about a bi—

“Babyyy" Chris came & wrapped him arms around my waist from behind. "C'mon. Chad was looking for you."

"Well y'all can settle in or whatever. Put your jackets & stuff in the first room down the hall to your left."

We went into the kitchen.

"What Chad?"

"Feisty. No hey or nothing?"

"Whatcha want?"

"I just wanted to tell you" He motioned for me to come over to him & I did. He continued, this time whispering, "don't worry about the girl that Jaden's with. He loves you."

"Doesn't seem as so."

"Because he's him. He won't admit to anyone that he's sorry & hurt."

"Oh whatever"

More people started to arrive & the party really began.

/1 hour later/

"Dance" by Speaker Knockerz came on & we went crazy. Everybody was twerking or being twerked on.

After like the first 2 minutes I got tired & stopped. I went to the kitchen to get something to drink & Prince was the only person in there.

"Hey Prince"

"Hey twerking queen."

He was leaning against the fridge.

I laughed "Royality at its best"

"Ratchet. Why are you in here anyways?"

"To get something to drink so move"

I tried pushing him out of the way but it didn't work.

"Password?"

"Nigga move?"

"Nope."

"Then what?"
