I am pathetic. I was basically throwing myself at Matty, A guy I just met because he was crying. I sat in the passenger side and tried to stop from shaking, I wasn't very normal. He looked at me with a soft smile. "What happened your face?"He said softly motioning to the scar on my cheek. I looked down, I hadn't done it but he didn't have to know that. I pulled at my sweater sleeves trying to hide the burn marks on my arms. "I-I did it myself." I lied looking out the window.He looked at me and looked back at the road. The rest of the ride was silent, I wasn't sure if he thought I was a freak or not. He pulled up to an old house at the edge of town, I'd never been this far out before. "Come on, don't be scared." He said opening the car door on my side. I got out looking around like I'd never been outside before,technically I hadn't been out of the house in a few days because of my face and arms. Matty walked to the porch of the old house and I followed behind him softly like a young child. My sweater covered my black jeans which kind of made me look like a girl, I didn't care. He opened the door and turned to me grabbing my hand motioning for me to be quiet as we walked through the silent house. I looked around,it was a lovely place. "You have a very nice home." I whispered figuring it was the polite thing to do. He nodded as we finally came to his room, it was dark red with a blue circle bed and a mirror on his ceiling. Matty let go of my hand and sat in his bed looking at me,his white hair covering one of his eyes while I stood in the corner. "I don't bite. You can sit down." Matty said softly looking at me. After getting comfy moments later I found myself snuggled up in his arms drifting to sleep as The 1975's Medicine played from his phone;

"Matty?" I looked up at him, the moonlight shining softly on his beautiful face. "Yeah Connor?" He answered lightly. "Tell Me A Lie." I whispered. He looked down at me and stroked my cheek with his thumb. "I love you." He whispered. "Tell me a truth.." I looked down. "I think I do Love You." He hugged me close just as a girl walked in on us. He jumped up. "Suzie? What the hell are you doing in my room?" He growled. The girl laughed and closed his door. "Have fun with your little toy Matthew." My heart sanked in my chest and then everything went black.
