After we stopped singing the 5sos song, I checked my phone. Luke finally replied from earlier, saying, "Sure, ask away." I bit my lip, thinking about how to phrase my question. "Why did you and Michael pick Jennaveve and I?" I replied. I waited for him to reply for a while, then gave up. I looked out my window at the passing palm trees.
