Seth's POV

(before Raine left for the house)

            I picked up her sent inside the tree line, I ran after her. I need to find her and make this right. I didn't know how I was going too but I need too. I headed in the same direction as Jada's house, Great. I couldn't help but wonder why Raine was heading in this direction. Then I remember a conversation that I had with her that night she questioned about me and Jada, one of the lakes were out this way. I remember when we first meet that she told me that she always felt better around water. I felt my wolf smile at that memory. It was a good memory of her. Wow, we messed up big time, didn't we? I asked my wolf, he nodded his head.

            We ran in silence after that; about 10 minutes later we reached the clearing to the lake, I saw her laying there unconscious, I wanted so much to run up there and hold her, but I knew that I couldn't. I didn't think that she would want to see me after what I did.  I watched her from the tree line, she was laying still and it worried me that the pain didn't kill her. I'll wait for about 10 minutes and if she didn't move I would go over to her. I told myself.

            I changed back into human form and sat down to watched her. I was starting to get really worried, till after a couple of minutes I saw her move. I got up quickly and climbed up a tree to hide. I watched her try to get up but fell, she must be sore from the pain. A minutes later I saw her get up and head for the tree line, I could see that she was in pain. I watched as she entered and made it 20 or so feet before collapsing, I watched as her wolf took over and run. I dropped to the ground and changed I headed after her. I made sure to keep a good distance away from her so she wouldn't know that I was following her.  

            she made it to the house and I saw that she was scratching on it for someone to let her in, she must not have wanted anyone to see her. I heard the whispers of Faith's voice but I couldn't tell what she was saying, I watched as Raine changed to human and ran inside, I felt a stab of quilt, and sadness wash over me, I did that to her. I changed back to human form and headed for the door, I reached it in three minutes and I walked in. I saw Riley was in the kitchen with Faith, they were talking about something. Faith looked up to see who it was and when she realized it was me, she had hatred written all over her face. She stood up and stomped out of the kitchen to confront me.

"What the hell did you do to Raine!?" She yelled at me, but I knew that Raine couldn't hear it.

"Nothing that involves you." I told her flat out.

"Yeah it does! You hurt her, I could see it in her wolves eyes." She told me, I could tell that she was getting pissed off more.

"Faith, calm down and let him explain himself. Seth come sit and tell us." Riley said, I knew he just gave me an order. I didn't know how I felt about that, but I guess I need to tell them, I need there advice too.

"Fine." And I walked over and sat down in the chair across from them.

"Tell us." they said together.

" I mated with another." I said and looked down not wanting to meet their gaze. I felt someone slap me really hard.

"How could you!?" Faith yelled at me again and hit me, again.

"I didn't want it to happen." I told them finally meeting there eyes, Riley was shaking his head and Faith was pissed off more.

"And with who?" Riley finally said something. I looked down again.

"Jada." I told them, I peaked up at their expressions, Faith just got madder and Riley had a very disappointing look on his face. I felt like a dick.
