Surprise

Kade's POV

            I had Raine unconscious body in my arms and Faith's was laying in front of me. They were breathing shallow breathes and I knew that I had to work fast. I concentrated my powers for healing and I reached out and touched Faith's shoulder and I closed my eyes. I felt myself become a little weak. But I heard moment which made me open my eyes. I watched as Raine's eyes fluttered a little, and her breathing became normal. I looked to see that Faith was awake and was smiling up at Riley.

"Thank you." Riley told me and I watched him hug Faith. I looked back down and Raine was opening her eyes a little. I couldn't help but smile.

"Hey." I said to her when her eyes were fully open.

"Kade, Jada did this." She blurted right out. I felt my blood start to boil. How could she, I let Seth live for her.

"I'm going to go talk to the police and see if we can take you guys home." I told her, i didn't want her to see my angry. I laid her gently down on the road. I stood up and walked over to the one officer.

"Hello. Officer." I said to the man.

"Hello."

"I'm Kade Alchemy, and I was wondering if I could take my girlfriend and my buddies wife home." I asked and pointed over to where they were, Raine and Faith were sitting up now. "I have a doctor that lives really close to my property that will check them out."

"Sure." The officer said and waved his hand dismissing me. I walked back over to them and picked Raine up. Riley did the same and we headed for his car. We loaded them in the back seat and we climbed in. Soon we were heading on our way back.

            We reached the Alpha house in about 15 minutes. I picked Raine out of the back and headed for the hospital. "I think I can walk." Raine told me, but I just smiled, as I broke through the clearing to where the hospital was. I headed inside with Raine still in my arms.

"Hello." I called out.

"Hello Kade. How may I help you." The doctor said.

"Can you check her out, and make sure I healed everything. Faith should be coming in too." I told him.

"Very well, put her on the bed." I went over and laid her down nice and easy.  

"How do you feel?" I asked her.

"I feel great." She told me.

"Good, I'm going to find Jada." I told her, I headed out the door, I took Raine's phone and found Jada's number. It was the Alpha's job to inform the pack if something happen to a pack member or members. I found her number and I punched it into my phone. I hit send and put the phone to my ear.

"Hello?" She answered on the first ring.

"Jada, it's Kade, There's a meeting in 30 minutes. Must be here." I told her and hung up. I stood outside and waiting a little, I saw Riley come through the clearing with Faith in his arms. "I need to talk to you then." I told him. I watched as he took Faith inside and a minute later Riley was standing in front of me.

"First of all, you still going to be Beta, and second of all I'm going to be dealing with Jada in about 30 minutes and I wanted to know if you would help me?" I asked him.

"Is she the one that caused this?" Riley asked me.

"Yes."

"Then I'll help." I gave him an wicked looking smile and we both headed back inside to wait.

Raine's POV

(before the boys came in)

"How are you feeling Faith?" I asked her, she looked like her normal self.
