The Legendary wolf

Kade's POV        

            I had to carry Raine back to her packs territory and get her help, she has been losing a lot of blood. I was hoping that it wouldn't take to long so I set out at a slow jog. I knew somewhat of this territory. She told me about it when I was talking to her in the Cafe. I didn't know why I felt so strongly on protecting her from the Alpha. Seth was an asshole for sure. I wonder what he did to her to make her not want to talk to him. I heard her moan as I jumped over a log in the way.

"I'm sorry." I whispered in her ear.

            I felt bad for her. I hope I never see Seth again, no girl deserved to be treated like that. I made a mental promise if I see Seth ever again I'm going to kill him. I have the power. He's lucky that he doesn't know who I am, I keep my last name hidden, if people knew then they would be afraid of me, and I didn't want that. I am the legendary White wolf with black eyes. My family is feared by all wolves, I can change the color of my eyes to hid the truth from the wolves here. If I showed my true eyes Seth would have ran away with his tail between his legs. I grinned at the thought of that. I heard another moan and Raine opened her eyes a little, I quickly turned my eyes to blue like she saw them in the Cafe. I watched as she gave a weak smile.

I wish I had the complete power of my family, I could heal her. but I can't till I take over a pack. In my family once you turn 18 you have to take control over a pack, either by killing the Alpha or making him runaway. Once I do that I will have all the power of my family, I will be able to heal my pack members and keep them safe. A soft whisper broke me out of my thoughts I looked down at Raine she was saying something to me.

"What was that?" I asked her.

"Hurry up. my back hurts and so does my neck and arm." She whispered, it was hard to hear, but my hearing was better then an average werewolf. I nodded my head. I sat her down and changed, I got her to climb onto my back, I felt her pull my fur trying to hang on, and I took off.

Raine's POV

I woke up in the hospital, the lights were bright and the bed I was laying on was really uncomfortable. This is why I hated hospitals. I looked around, I could see Kade talking to Riley. I looked to the other side to see Faith and Carter sleeping in the chairs beside the bed. I cleared my throat. I watched as Riley and Kade turned there heads and looked in my direction.

"Your awake." Kade yelled, I saw Faith and Carter jump out of the corner of my eye.

"Raine, honey how do you feel?" Faith asked me.

"I'm sore but I've been through worst." I told them. Carter smiled at me, I couldn't help but smile back.

"You gave us a scare." The packs doctor came into the room, I couldn't remember his name though. I don't think that I actually ever meet the packs doctor.

"Raine, I would like you to meet, Dr. Anders. The packs doctor." Riley told me.

"Hello Dr. Anders." I told him.

"Hello Raine. I'm happy to tell you that you will make a full recovery with no scaring."

"That's great to know." I told him and smiled, it really was great to know. I watched the Doctor walked out of the room, I sat up in bed and stared at them.

"What happen to Seth?" I asked them.

"He came back to the Alpha's house, took some clothes said he would be back later in the week he had a trip he need to go on." Riley told me. I stared at him in complete shock. "So I'm Alpha till he gets back. And I'm proud to say that Kade is now a member of the pack." Riley told everyone. I gave Kade a huge smile, he returned it with the most amazing smile ever.

Seth's POV

(earlier)

I ran back to the house, I was hoping that I didn't have to face anyone, I would just leave a note and be on my way, I was heading to my fathers pack to cool off for away, and to teach my wolf some manners when it came to Raine. I still couldn't believe that he attacked her. I loved her, you idiot! I yelled at my wolf as I ran back to the house. I changed when I got the front door and opened it quickly. I took off up stairs and pack for 2 day stay at my parents. I headed down stairs and into the kitchen, I was about ready to write the note when a throat cleared behind me. I looked back to see Riley standing there.

"Riley, I have to go for a little bit. I'll be back later in the week. Your in charge." I told him. He just nodded his head and I left. I jumped into my truck and drove off.
