On Saturday I woke up extra early just to make sure Emily's bag had everything. When she woke up I fed her and cleaned her, she was ready to go out with Ethan. I was down in the kitchen preparing breakfast in my shirt and sponge bob shorts. I was about to put a spoon full of cereal in my mouth when the doorbell rang. I picked up my bowl and opened the door to see Ethan standing there in a leather jacket, jeans and a white t shirt going for a casual look.

"Good morning." He said politely.

"Good morning. Why did you ring the doorbell and you have a card key thing?" I asked him.

"I don't know, being polite I guess." He shrugged his shoulders and walked in.

"Okay." I closed the door.

"So you're just having breakfast?" He asked trying to make conversation.

"Well if it wasn't obvious yes." I held up my bowl.

"Okay, so...." he trailed off.

I sigh. He doesn't know what to say or do. "Do you want to leave with her now?" I asked with my mouth filled with cereal.

"Yes. I have the day planned." He smiled.

"What do you plan to do?" I was interested in what he wanted do.

"Well nothing much, just a picnic in the park."

"She can't eat as yet."

"I know that I actually know a little about babies." He said irritated.

"Are you bipolar or something?" I asked just as irritated as he was.

"No I am not." He snapped.

"Alright crazy." I walked back to the kitchen and put down my empty bowl.

"I'll go get her." I said to him.

"I'll come too." He walked behind me up the stairs. I think he's looking at my butt. No he isn't.

"Sponge Bob?" He asked. I spoke too soon.

"Yes. What's wrong with him?"

"You know he's gay right?" I could tell he was smiling.

"Your point is?"

"You like a gay man."

"Oh well." I rolled my eyes I love sponge bob.

"Well the straight man I like is a total prick." I mumbled.

"What was that?" He asked as we reached Emily's room.

"Nothing." I opened the door; she was awake staring at the ceiling.

"Hello my angel." I took her up kissing her cheeks. I looked at Ethan who was looking at me in amusement. I pointed him a huge bag that had Emily things in it.

"We are just going out for a day."

"She's a baby she does a lot of things and it's a whole day."

"All she does is puke, cry and poop." He stated.

"Anyways take up the bag."

He took up the bag and we walked back downstairs. I held Emily not really sure about leaving her with Ethan for the entire day. I wrapped her tightly in her blanket and gave him the instructions. He looked at the paper surprised.

"These aren't instructions it's a file."

"So what you have your own business."

"What does that have to do with this?"
