<Zane's P.O.V.>

I have been talking with the white haired guy for about thirty minutes or so and I found out that his name was Travis. He is really nice and has the opposite personality of mine. We sat next to each other, chatting about Aphmau and our past relationships with her.

"We met in our freshmen year of high school. We were pretty much friends from the beginning." Travis said.

"I never really liked her until Christmas, one year. She was so nice to me and she cared about me as well. We would talk all the time and then we became friends." I said back. "But she when her and Aaron became a couple, Aphmau barely ever spoke to me. Aaron promised me that she wouldn't take her away from me, but he lied."

"That stinks. When they became a thing, I could never really talk to her anymore because I usually pretend flirt with her, she knows this, but Aaron had a problem with it. No one can ever get time alone with her because of Aaron." Travis replied. "Hey, Zane. Do you what to have a bet?"

"Uh... Sure." I answered.

"Whoever can get Aphmau's attention first, wins. There are no rules but you have to hold a conversation with her. Deal?" Travis asked.

"Deal." I answered with confidence.

"Ready... Set..." Travis started. "Go"

We both got out of our seats and looked around for Aphmau. I went the opposite direction of Travis, hoping to find her. I looked around for a bit but no sight of her. I was walking to the table I saw her and Aaron at earlier. Still no sight of her. I turned around to look behind me but I saw Travis standing about twenty feet away from me. He didn't look to happy. I walked over to him.

"Hey. Any luck?" I asked. He turned to look at me.

"Hi and no, no luck. She just ignored me again." He answered. "What about you?"

"No. I couldn't even find her." I replied.

"I give up on this stupid bet. There's no point. She'll just keep ignoring us." Travis angrily said. "I can't believe I'm losing her to some guy."

"How about we go and get something to eat? Maybe we are overreacting and Aphmau just needs some space." I said as I put my hand on his shoulder. He nodded and we walked over to get some food.

As we sat down at a table with our plates full, Travis started to calm down. We started eating and talking. Soon we forgot all about how Aphmau has been forgetting about us.

"Do you want to be friends?" I asked. Travis laughed.

"I thought we were already friends, best friends." Travis said. I laughed and we continued to talk together.
