Chapter 6: A Weird Feeling

<Zane's P.O.V.>

I slowly opened my eyes and looked around. It was morning and I was in Travis's arms. His arms were tightly wrapped around me so I couldn't break free. I looked at the tv and saw that it was off.
'Travis must have turned the tv off because I fell asleep during the first movie. Or it turned off by itself and we both fell asleep, simultaneously.'
I looked back at Travis and my stomach dropped.
'He's never looked so- Stop it Zane.'
Just then he started to open his eyes. Travis smiled and I returned a smile.

"Good morning." I said as he yawned.

"Morning." Travis replied. Then his eyes went wide. "Garroth!"

He quickly released his arms from me and picked up his phone. He turned on his phone and looked at the time. It was 8:30 in the morning.

"I have to go home. I'm sorry, Zane. I'll text you later." He said.

I walked him to the door. We both said goodbye and he left. I closed the door and walked into my kitchen. I opened one of my cabinets and got out some cereal. I got out a bowl and poured some cereal into the bowl. After I got out a spoon and put the cereal box away, I sat down at the table and started to eat my breakfast.

'I wish he didn't have to leave so soon.'

I continued to think about Travis.

'He was so nice to me at the wedding, nicer than anyone ever was to me. Well... Besides Aphmau that is.'

I finished the last few bits of my cereal and cleaned up. Today was Sunday so I don't have to do any work, but I have the choice to because I work from home.

I walked upstairs and quickly grabbed a black hoodie and some black pants, then went into the bathroom for a shower.

'Why did he hold me so close last night? And why did I let him? Never mind... He was just being friendly.'

I got out of the shower, got dried off and put on my clothes. Before going into my office, I quickly put my dirty clothes in my hamper, that was right inside my room. I turned on my computer and started to do tomorrow's work and if I have time Tuesday's work as well.
