<Travis's P.O.V.>
As we walked into the pizza shop, I noticed someone sitting in a booth by themselves. They had dark black hair and they were on their phone. I nudged Garroth's arm. He looked at me.
"What?" He asked.
"Look." I said and looked back at who I knew was Zane. He smiled and nodded.
"Guys come on." Garroth said and we all walked over to Zane's booth. As I sat next to Zane and the others sat on the opposite side, he looked up.
"What do you guys want?" Zane asked in his normal 'get away from me' voice.
"We were coming here to get pizza, then we saw you alone and came over here." I answered. He sighed.
"T-Thanks, I guess." He said.
"Cheer up Zane. We're your friends and I'm your brother. We all care about you." Garroth said with a smile.
"Me and Dante aren't." Laurance muttered. With that statement, Garroth smacked him on the side of his head as he sat in the middle of him and Dante. I chuckled and so did Dante. Zane gave Laurance a death stare.
"Honestly I don't have a problem with you Zane." Dante said as a big smile came on his face.
"See people care about you, Zane." I said. He smiled through his mask.
"I guess." He replied.
"So, are you over the Aphmau thing?" I said but Zane didn't get to answer before a waiter came over to us.
"Hi." She said in a shy voice. She had light magenta hair but she didn't seem to have a shy personality. "Can I start you off with some drinks?"
We ordered all of our drinks as well as some pizza and she left.
"I don't like her." Me and Zane said, simultaneously. We looked at each other and smiled.
"So, you didn't answer my question. Are you over the Aphmau thing yet?" I asked.
"What?" He asked in confusion.
"How she didn't mean to ignore you." I answered.
"Oh. Yeah. I guess, I'm over it. I'm more mad at myself though." He answered my question.
"You and me both." I said in return.
"Aphmau texted the both of you?" Dante asked. We looked at him.
"It's personal." Zane said.
"It is not. Just because Aaron didn't like the way we were hanging out with her, doesn't mean it's a personal reason." I argued.
"For me it is." He said.
"Whatever. Dante, Aphmau just texted us saying she was sorry for ignoring us at the wedding and pretty much the whole time her and Aaron were dating." I said, answering Dante's question. He nodded and we continued to talk until the pizza and drinks came out.
"Here are your drinks." Our waiter said while handing us our drinks. "And here's your pizza. Enjoy." She placed the pizza tray in the middle of the table and walked off.
"To be honest, She scares me." Garroth said. "I can tell she's not shy. She's only acting that way."
"How do you know?" I asked as I took a slice of pizza off the tray and put it on my plate.
"High school. It happened to me so many times." He answered as he did the same as me and got a slice of pizza.
"Oh. I forgot, you were Mr. Handsome Dreamboat in high school." I said with a laugh. I heard Zane give a little chuckle. I looked at him and smiled.
"Someone is coming out of their shell." I teased.
"Shut up, Travis." He said with no emotion.
"Come on, Zane. It's ok-" I started but was I was cut of by Garroth.
"Someone is staring at either Zane or Travis." Garroth quietly said but so we could all hear.
"She's staring at me." Zane said.
"How do you know?" I asked.
"Whenever someone is staring at me, I can fell it. It's not a very comfortable feeling." He answered.
"We should leave soon. I don't like her." Laurance finally said. We all agreed.
As soon as everyone was finished, Laurance went up to the cash register and paid. Garroth, Dante, Zane and I left the shop and stood outside, waiting for Laurance. Finally, after 10 minutes he came out.
"Look, Zane. I'm sorry about what I said earlier. I really have been misjudging you. I'm sorry." Laurance apologized.
"It's fine." Zane said.
"Do you want to come over tomorrow and we can all do something since Aphmau isn't here?" Garroth asked Zane. I smiled.
"S-Sure." Zane answered.
"I'll text you later." Garroth said. We all said bye to Zane as he did the same to us and went home.
"Thanks for being nice to Zane." I said as we all sat on the couch.
"I meant that, what I said to him." Laurance said. I smiled.
"Me too." Dante added. I smiled even bigger.
"You guys are the best. I feel bad for Zane. So I want to help him make as many friends as he can." I said and we started to watch some tv.
