Dean had not wanted to see the faith healer. Dealing with the man's wife had been a nightmare that nearly killed him. He had accepted he would die, but Sam wouldn't let it go.

As Layla Rourke said goodbye, he closed his eyes wishing they had not stopped the reaper and that the young woman would be able to live at his expense.

He finished packing his duffle and walked to the car. Sam met him in a few moments.

"There's an Ozzie concert in Denver," the taller brother mentioned.

"Yeah?"

"I just happened to buy tickets for it."

Dean shoved the sorrow deep inside him and grinned at his brother. "Let's go."
