As they left the Bender's property, Dean kept an eye out for the police. It would be a long walk back to town, and he didn't feel well. He kept up a light conversation as they walked.
They finally hit town, and Sam went to the police station to pick up the Impala. He drove back to the convenience store where he'd left his brother and realized that Dean was not outside. Walking inside, the taller brother asked if anyone had seen him.
One of the employees mentioned seeing him head towards the bathrooms. Sam entered the room and could hear his brother vomiting.
"Dean? Are you all right?"
"Don't think so, Sammy," came the choked reply.
"Open the door, Dean."
"I can't get up. Feel dizzy and it's making me sick."
Sam rushed back to the counter and told them was happening. The man who did the maintenance hurried back to restroom with the younger Winchester.
"Dean?"
The man took a hammer and a chisel and worked the bolts out of the hinges on the door. They were able to move it part way so Sam slipped in and unlocked the lock.
The two men moved the door against the wall and discovered Dean was on the floor.
"Damn it," Sam swore as he knelt down next to his big brother.
The other man said, "I'll go call an ambulance."
"No, that's all right. We have a doctor I can take him to."
