Chapter 23

*Hannah's P.O.V*

To say that Iris, Lou and Maddy were ecstatic that I had lost it to Calum Hood would be an understatement.

They basically wanted to go out for a celebratory meal, I rejected that idea very quickly.

Iris left it very understated that she had done stuff with Michael that evening. In fact she completely left it until someone asked and only pressed on it when she started going pink.

The four of us were all sat around two pizza boxes in Maddy's living room, having one of the first relaxed days we'd had in a long time.

"Come on Iris, you gotta give us details!! Just saying you 'messed around' doesn't suffice! We want dirty details! Spit or swallow! Come or fake! All that gross shit that we kinda don't wanna hear but also rly wanna hear!" Maddy exclaims much too loudly leaving Lou and I cringing and Iris with her head in her hands as we laugh at her forwardness.

"Seriously!" Iris almost begs, not wanting to go into details but we knew we were going to drag it out of her.

"Just tell us, what did you do! Please tell us that!" Lou says picking up another piece of pizza.

"Wow you guys are pushy about my sex life.." Iris says sounding exaggeratedly exasperated.
"Well, we made out, a lot. Like, a lot, a lot. And one thing led to another..." Iris mumbles and ends her sentence by biting into her pizza aggressively.

"Oh for fuck sake Iris, alright. Foreplay or oral." Maddy states boldly making Iris choke on her pizza slightly.

"Umm.. both I guess." the statement said makes Maddy raise her eyebrows and we all know that this now means she's going to want to know even more details.

"Damn, Iris. Alright, we're getting somewhere. Who did... what?" Maddy questions way too seriously and all the rest of us suddenly feel like this should be the end of the conversation.

"Nah nah nah, you're not getting out of this! Come on! The sooner you tell us the less embarrassing parental questions I'll be asking." Maddy says matter-of-factly. "Oh my gosh, did he--" Maddy proceeds as we are basically all holding our breathe.

"Oh my gosh! He ate me out and I gave him a hand job! Jesus, dude." Iris states going red in the face and hiding her embarrassed smile behind her pizza.

"Eyyy!" Louisa jeers lightly punching Iris in the shoulder playfully making us all laugh.

"I hate you guys so much." Iris grumbles.

*Michael's P.O.V*

We have to leave soon. The girls left London yesterday and we only have another 3 nights before we fly back to Australia for a few weeks where we're doing a load of press release stuff for the new album and planning the tour for next year and things like that.

I wish I could stay in England and be with Iris.

I love what I do for a living, it's been my dream for as long as I can remember and I'm so grateful for it happening.. but I just can't help but feel like I miss out on having relationships.

I want to have a relationship.. with Iris.

I want to be with her. Like properly be with her.

I love her.

And she loves me so why can't we have that.

"Guys.." I hear come from the floor on the opposite side of the room where Luke is sitting against the wall bouncing a ball back and forth.

We're all moping in mine and Cal's hotel room like losers. No ones admitting it though.

"mm.." I hear Cal say from the other single bed next to me.

"Does anyone else wanna stay here more than anything." Luke mumbles slightly before looking down at the floor as the ball rolls to a stop.

Nobody replies because we all know our answer is yes. Ash isn't with us right now, he went out to meet with Lou and sort things out properly. From what I know they're on better terms now. She went off to see Harry and Ash went out somewhere but I'm not sure where exactly. That leaves us three in the hotel room not really knowing what to do with ourselves.
We ordered pizza.
That's gone.

"Do you think they could come on tour with us?" Luke says hopefully.

"They're 16 Luke, you can't drop out of school in England like you can in Australia." Calum says.

"What if they worked on the go?"

"They'd have no way of earning money." I respond.

"Well we earn enough, can't they live of us for a little while."

"Luke, that's called groupies and it's borderline prostitution." Calum says finally looking up at Luke who honestly looks like he's about to burst into tears.
I don't blame him.

After a minute or two of silence Luke pipes up again.

"Ok, hear me out for this one. Maddy sings and plays guitar, right? She says she has some stuff written, what if we got her to record some stuff and she could be our support act?" We don't reject this idea. Because it's actually quite a good one.

"Ok.." I say, not really knowing what else to say.

"Hannah is doing a hair and make-up course, do you think she could be our makeup artist? or atleast help out, like travelling work experience or something? Didn't that happen when we toured with 1D?" Cal asks hopefully.

"Ok.." I say again with a little more hope in my voice.

"Could this work?" Luke says calmly as he sits up slightly and looks at us.

"What about Iris."

They turn to look at me but we're not sure what to say.

"She wants to be a paediatrician. Do you think we'll need a travelling one of those?" I say not even looking up because I don't want to see the looks on their faces when we all realise there couldn't be a legit reason for Iris to join us.

"You guys should talk to Hannah and Maddy. And the band mum, Zoe might be able to hook that up, she knows how much we like them. I'm just gonna go out for a bit now I think though." I say all at once before getting up and grabbing my phone, leaving the room and heading out into London.

I hear Luke call out after me.
"But what about Iris?!"

I carry on walking, not caring if he doesn't hear me.

"I'm gonna figure something out."

Yo guys, sorry I haven't written in so long I've had such a writers block and wow this chapter is so shit, tbh I don't really know where this story is going particularly so I think I'm gonna begin to brig it to and end??
