I made my way back to my bed.

Matt arrived at the doorway.

"I saw Javier and Claire. I have proof. It might help in the future if you want to confront Javier," Matt remarked.

I smiled gratefully at him.

"Oh, by the way, you might want to call Janice and Diana. They've been freaking out since you woke up." he added casually.

I nodded.

Janice and Diana were some of my best friends, I couldn't let them worry.

Just then, as Matt walked towards my bed, a whirlwind tore in through my room.

Once it stopped, the girl huffed.

Diana?

"Diana! What're you doing here? You're supposed to be-" then Matthew lowered his voice to a whisper that was inaudible.

Diana rolled her eyes.

"Just took a break to see that gal over here. How are you doing, Zann? Last I heard, you woke up and Matthew had you all to himself." she announced, earning a jab in the ribs from Matthew.

I shrugged. "Fine, okay, in the pink of health, fit as a fiddle?" I suggested and Di laughed.

"How's the prep going?" Matt asked Diana.

She lifted her shoulders in a half-shrug. "Okay, we just need her as the finishing piece." Di replied.

Who was her?

Diana noticed me staring.

"Don't worry, I bet Colein will be there." she told Matt.

Co-lein?

Colein!

He was a friend of mine in go classes.

The last match we had, I trashed him. I smiled, remembering the victory. It was so sweet, and Colein and I were great friends.

I looked at Di and Matt huddled together in one end.

Fishy.
