Y/N and I had went to sleep after our whole ordeal yesterday. I was up now and had absolutely no clue what to do. She was still asleep. I walked over to her bed and watched her sleep, as creepy as that sounds. She looked absolutely beautiful. I brushed a strand of hair out of her face (sorry if you have knotted thick tangled hair like me XD) as I sighed softly. I left the room and walked outside. I saw that it wasn't even sunrise yet. Y/N would be awake around noon. That was definitely enough time to get the plant, even though she seemed fine, I knew better.
"Zane~Kun, Y/N has a fever, but not any ordinary one," Kawaii~Chan told me nervously. "You've heard of that new fever that's been taking Ruan by storm? Well, Y/N~Senpai has that, and after it lies dormant for a few weeks, Y/N~Senpai will get even sicker than before. You need to get this special herb or else Y/N~Senpai will die after two months."
"Why do I care about you so much Y/N," I asked myself out loud as I walked around town. Since it was so common in Tula, maybe someone might be selling it here. I walked up to an old man with combed gray hair and gray eyes. "Hello sir. I've come to ask where I could obtain the misto plant?" I asked kindly. He looked down and reached into his bag. He pulled out a jar and inside was a pretty green plant with one (F/C) blossom. "This, is the plant you're looking for, is it not?" He asked quietly.
"Yes it is sir, how much do I have to pay for it?"
"Why do you need it?" I looked at him and sighed as I ran a hand through my hair. "My fiancee. She's sick with a new disease, and we don't have any of that plant in Ruan. If she doesn't have that plant turned into medicine, she'll die!" I told him worriedly. I don't think I've ever been worried up until then, the feeling made me feel sick, causing me to become even more pale. The old man looked me in the eyes, and I could feel the hurt in his soul. "My wife died a few years ago," he said, seemingly off topic, "she caught a disease and we had no clue how to treat it. I loved her."
"I love my dear Y/N sir, and I'm begging you to help me out, I couldn't stand to see her die. Please," I begged putting my pride aside, about to cry, something else I haven't done.
"Kid, I can tell you aren't in your element right now, Son of Garte and Zianna. I bet you've never had to beg for anything until now. Let's be honest, you're a good kid, putting your pride aside for the one you love." He smiled up at me, and all of a sudden he didn't look so old anymore. Only as if his hair was naturally gray. "I'm only charging one gold for you kid." Quickly I pulled out his payment and passed it to him and he gave me the plant. "Thank you so much, sir." I ran off in the other direction quickly to the Inn. That creep was at his desk sleeping. I walked upstairs and checked on Y/N. She seemed to be waking up as soon as I entered. "Hey you, get dressed, quick. I want to take you to see the sunrise."
