Chapter 53

I felt the sudden drop and shift of the plane as I woke up to Niall snoring and the lady asking me to apply my seat belt, which I had already had on, thanks.

Niall woke a little later to me looking out the window onto the ocean, it was a real beautiful thing, the ocean. I could see land over to the right of the window and see some fishing boats, I could see some deeper water and some shallow water.

"Becca" I heard Niall say.

"Yes." I said.

"What's her name?" He asked laying back into my shoulder.

"Carly...Carly Johnson." I said as I smiled but also worried about seeing her in that coma... What if she doesn't wake up? I haven't had any calls of anything, what if she is already awake? And I song know about it!

"Becca? You okay?" He asked looking at me as I started to tear up a bit thinking of my five year old sister all bruised up and in a coma sleeping on a hospital bed not knowing if she'll wake up or not...

"Umm..." I said as he hugged me.

"You'll be ok! She'll be okay!" He said as I had a bit of hope, a tiny bit that she would, his voice calmed me as I payed my head back down onto his shoulder. He rubbed the palm of my hand as the over head intercom came on.

"Please fasting your seats, we will be landing in 5 minutes." The lady said as I sat there waiting as I saw land and more land, and more land. Home is all I saw home. But we would only be at home for a short period of time, coming back with my sister.

We got off the plane getting our luggage and our rental car, paparazzi no were in sight which was odd seeing the at the American airport.

"This way" louis said as I followed as so did everyone else. We had bought a hotel to stay in for the night if we came back with Carley, hopefully she was awake. And well.

We made it to the hotel getting Zayn and Liam to carry up our luggage while we all checked in and got back into the car. Waiting for them to come back down, they did later I and we left to head to Saint Heaven hospital. The hospital which held my sister... I looked at Niall and Danielle as she smiled at me rubbing my back and hugging me from the side.

The car pulled up to the front door, as louis went to park it as we all waited patiently for him to return. Which he did and we all quickly ran into the hospital to the child care floor, and up to the front desk.

"Carley Johnson" I asked as she smiled.

"We've been expecting your arrival" the woman said with a smile I however did not know why she had that little smile on her face working in this place. "This way" she said as we all walked down the hallway but stopped in front of a room.

"I'm sorry mam only family allowed." The woman said as I looked back at them.

"But we are family" Harry said as Kate held his hand.

"I know but we can only have at least two guests at a time, it's for the children to not be to overwhelmed." She said as I smiled Niall and me decided on going in and seeing her while the others waited down the hall in the waiting room.

"Come on in" she said as the door was open and I saw the most beautiful child.

She was so beautiful, brown hair tanned skin and a stitch right across her forehead. She was still beautiful although that one small scar.

I started to tear up when I saw all the wires hooked up to her, I looked at Niall as he squeezed my hand and hugged me tight.

"Mam... Umm will she be okay?" Niall asked for me as I looked over to the nurses way.

"Well that's why we were waiting for you she came out of her coma!" She said as I smiled laughing and crying at the same time, niall teared up a bit when I looked at him as he hugged me.

"Who are they?" I heard a small voice ask as I looked towards he bed to Carly rubbing her eyes and looking at me and Niall...
