BRIANNA'S P.O.V.

"Where the fuck is my house key?" I asked myself. I have been searching for it for hours but I just could not remember where I put it last night. Gee.. was I really that drunk last night, I do not know what happened?

Seconds later, I hear my phone ringing. Grabbing it from the couch, I put it against my right ear. "V!"

"Summer!"

"Are you kidding me?" She grunted and I chuckled nervously. "Don't joke around.. where are you? You have kept the boss waiting for thirty minutes! Are you serious?"

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry, okay?" I exclaimed, still finding for that damn key. "Do you know where I placed my house key last night?"

Summer groans. "I was at work all night, hun. How could I possibly know?"

Right. It has been a month since Summer got hired for a job that she- no actually, both of us have been dreaming of, and since then, I haven't been able to hang out with my other half. Ah.. what a sad life. No boyfriend. No job. No money. No permanent house. Not even a time for me and my best friend to enjoy life.

"V, are you there?" Summer asks.

"Yes! I'm here!" I threw my bag to the floor, and voila!

"I found it!" I shouted. Boy, I'm that happy to have found my house damn key!

"Your key?"

"Yes! I'm on my way now! Please apologize to  the boss on my behalf!" I pleaded, "I really want to get hired this time! Please do me a favor, Summer!"

She sighs, "Alright! I'm going to talk to her, but you better appear in less than an hour."

"Yes, ma'am! Thank you so much!"

Hopping my way out of the office of the boss, standing by the door was my lovely best friend. As soon as she saw me, she ran straight to my arms. Just kidding.

"How did it go?"

"I got the job!" I screamed as Summer jumps to her feet, making me do the same as we were really so happy that I have passed the interview!

"I'm so proud of you, V!" Summer cries, having both of her arms around me.

"I wouldn't be here, if you hadn't recommended me!"

Summer lets go, flicking me on my forehead as she threw me a glare. "Fool! It was not because of me that you got the job offer, it was all because of you. It was not me who was interviewed, but you. And I believed you can do it."

I pulled her into another hug and tightly this time, "I'm so happy to have you with me."

"So am I," she replied.

Months after getting hired to this company - Mattheo - I had come to realize that it was never easy being a fashion designer. I mean, it is fun as it is my passion and I have been dreaming of becoming the world's famous fashion designer since I was little, but it was dead exhausting. I can't even remember when was the last time I had a complete hour of sleep, nonetheless, I love my job.

And that's all that matters, right?

No matter how hard your job is, as long as you enjoy what you do, nothing will ever go wrong.
