Chapter 8

"We don't even know what's wrong with him." Roc was saying at lunch.

"Yeah he just didn't come to school." Prod said.

"Maybe he's sick" Ray Ray suggested.

They were talking about Calum.

"No but we're concerned." Prod said.

"Yeah we have a bad feeling about it." Roc added.

"Maybe it's not your business." Jade interjected. She was wearing blindfolds and being fed by Leigh-Anne.

"Poor Jadey's got a migraine. Could you two keep it down?" Leigh-Anne purred as she rotated between putting food in Jesy's mouth and putting food in Jade's mouth.

"No it's not that either. Something's wrong." Prodigy said.

"Yeah definitely wrong. We can feel it." Roc said with a nod.

"Perrie do you feel something wrong with our friend?" Prodigy asked looking to where the blond usually sat.

"Oh no Perrie's gone too!" Roc shrieked.

"Something's definitely up." Prod said fully assured now.

"Where's Perrie?" Jade asked looking around even though she was wearing blindfolds. They were to stop her from going crazy since everything just looked to wrong to her. She almost fainted at breakfast that morning because everyone had messy hair, some had mismatched pajamas and the juice was on different levels. Keeping it together to not alert Nicki of anything had been difficult.

"I passed by her class and the teacher said that she was playing outside with some kid." Jesy said putting food to Leigh-Anne's mouth.

"You're right Jesy. We need to go on an expenditure to find them." Prodigy said looking around. "They need to be saved."

"I believe the word you're looking for is expedition." Both Jade and Leigh-Anne said at the same time.

"Yeah you're right that. But they still need saving." Roc said.

"And we'll be the ones to save them." Prod nodded.

Jesy groaned. "I just said that . . ."

They cut her off. "We know Jesy. You're gravestrucken but we'll save Perrie." Roc said nobly.

"So many things wrong with your words. Me migraine's getting worse." Jade shook her head.

"Wow Perrie made a new friend? How nice." Princeton said droopily. He was half asleep in his lunch and wished that Leigh-Anne would feed him.

"Yeah it's good that she's fitting in." Ray Ray said with a yawn. "She needs this so she doesn't feel so insecure."

"Don't think I've forgotten what you did you bastard." Jade snapped in his direction. Her hearing was excellent. "You hurt Perrie and I'll hurt you when you least expect it."

Princeton whistled low and shook his head, feeling sorry for Ray Ray.

"And you. I'll hurt you too." She snapped turning to Princeton.

"Why would you hurt Princeton? He hasn't done anything wrong." Leigh-Anne said.

"Uh he's Princeton. He's annoying and pretty much the bane of our lives." Jesy said smirking. "I'm with you one hundred percent Jadey." Jesy shuddered remembering what happened a few nights ago. "not to mention what Princeten did to my poor baby Marcus."

"Princeten messed with me diaries last night. I'll get him soon." Jade snarled then whimpered. "Me head." She mumbled something in Arabic.

"Um . . . I'm really sorry about both of those incidents. I just need to find a way to stop Princeten from emerging." Princeton pleaded. "Maybe you should just let me do whatever I want. It's my time to shine!"
