I sat there frozen not knowing what to say how could I tell him that I liked him I just couldn't, he liked Selena now and that would ruin our friendship forever and how could i lie when he knows when I was lying I sat there staring at him not knowing what to say.

I never told Justin about my dad about what happen to him all he knew was that he was died and all I could think of was my dad, I'd rather tell him about what happen to my dad then that I liked him.

my dad had cancer my mom knew about it but nobody told me she said my dad told her not to tell me because he didn't want me to worry but he was wrong, he was about to die and doctors told him it was his last week and I didn't know anything, sadly the week of his death was on my birthday, it was my 13th birthday I was so happy waiting to see what my parents had planned when I came home from school, mom was crying, she told me that he was gone"
By the time I was done talking, I began tearing up. I really missed my father, so much, he meant the world to me, I didn't even get I chance to tell him goodbye or thank you for everything.
"Kelse, I'm so sorry for your loss your really strong, your dad would be really proud to call you his daughter, he's probably smiling down at you right now"
"Thanks Justin that means a lot"
"No problem, now let's get your mind off of this and talk about something else, like why your dressed up"

He thought I was going on a date. I don't say anything, what was a suppose to say, I'd look like a fool, Justin being with Selena and me with no one, I just stayed silent
