IRWIN: You sat with your arms and legs crossed, tapping your foot vigorously, hoping the attention isn’t put on you. The first time meeting anyone’s parents can be nerve wracking, but it had you on the edge of your seat.  Ashton rests his hand on your thigh to calm you down. He leans over and whispers in your ear, “You’ll be fine babe, if they ask you anything just be yourself.” Unknowinly, Ashton had told you to be exactly what you were afraid of. You smile and nod. “So (Y/N), what do you like to do?” Wow. Such a general question. A lot of answers. You open your mouth, “I like to draw, and dance, but I don’t think I’m very good. I also like to sing, but I’m not very good at that either. And I can play a few sports. I tried soccer for a few years, then switched to lacrosse, but that fell through because it was expensive. Then I even thought about basketball, but my sister plays that so it was kind of her thing. I also like to cook, but I always end of burning something… And my mom says I have a nice fashion sense, so I thought about doing some thing like that or taking photos. I like taking photos…” You studder off as you realize you’ve been rambling. “I’m sorry, may I be excused?” You ask, getting up without hearing their answer and running out the front door. You hear Ashton’s footsteps behind you, “Wait!” You stop outside on his frontstep, tears brimming your eyes, “I’m sorry I just… Sometimes I start talking and I just.. I just can’t stop.” He cups your face in his hand, “Hey… Look at me. It’s okay, You’re fine. They don’t mind. They Love you, I can already tell.”

HEMMINGS: "Shit…" You mumble to yourself as you rumage through your jewelry drawer. You pull out a few tangled necklaces and some bracelets, but you can’t find it anywhere. "Maybe you put it in another drawer?" Your sister says from your bed. You sigh, "No… I would have out it in here…" You toss out some unmatched earrings and shake your head. "Luke is going to be here any minute…" She says. "Yeah okay, you’re not helping… Either help me find my ring or get out." She rolls her eyes and stands at your side looking through another jewelry box. "He gave it to me yesterday… How could I have lost it already?" You say quietly. Your sister looks at you, "(Y/N), your room is a mess! Nothing is organized and you have shit everywhere. The real question is, why did you think you wouldn’t lost it. You lose everything!" You’re about to yell at her, but you here Luke walk through the door. You give her the evil eye and walk down the stairs to meet Luke. He kisses you on the cheek and grabs your hand, "Hey babe, how are you tod- Wait… Where’s your ring." You sigh, "Luke… I’m so sorry. I have a lot of trouble with losing things and… I promise I will find it. I took it off when I went to bed last night and it’s gone, but it has to be in my room somewhere." He smiles, "It’s alright. You don’t have to explain anything to me. I believe you and You’ll find it evenyually, everything has a way of coming back to us."

HOOD: You were sat in your room on your computer scrolling through your twitter mindlessly, listening to music in the background. Your mind was running wild with thoughts and actions you felt you needed to complete, but you let yourself focus on the task at hand. Scroll. Scroll. Read. Favorite. Scroll. Read. Scroll. Scroll. Scroll. Wait… You’re suddenly overcome with a feeling that you forgot something. You shake the thoughts out of your head, telling yourself that it probably just your mind. You get up and go into the kitchen to grab a snack, and on your way you reach over on your bed and take your phone. 11 missed calls: Calum. Shit shit shit. You quickly dial his number and wait patiently, pacing around the room. “(Y/N)” He says sternly. “I knew I was forgetting something… Shit I’m sorry Cal. Today was just a crazy day.” He sighs, “You said you were free all day, I’ve been waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes. What were you doing all day that made you this late?” You can tell he isn’t upset, just frustrated. “It was just hard today… I couldn’t focus. I spent all day trying to keep everything normal and I forgot.” You can hear him shuffle the phone around, “Well… I’m still here if you want to come. I can distract you. You can talk about anything you want and I’ll listen.” You smile, “You’re the best Calum, honestly. I’ll be there in a minute.”

CLIFFORD: You were chilling on the bus with all the boys, just laughing and having a good time. You were sat on Michaels lap with his arms wrapped tightly around your waste. You were a little afraid that you might blurt something out or lose control completely but being around Michael helped to calm you down. Everything was going fine until Calum and Luke started going at it, nothing to serious just a little playful banter. But it got you hyped. It got you excited. You were laughing and playing around and that was great. You couldn’t help it, you couldn’t stop it, you just had to speak. You yelled at Calum and Luke without any warning. They looked at you stunned as your mouth fell open spilling anything and everything on your mind. As soon as it passed and you saw their faces, you clenched up. You laughed nervously as you stood up and left the tour bus. Michael trailed behind you, “Hey babe wait, it’s okay!” You turned to face him, “That was so embarrasing… I couldn’t help it, I tried to stop…” Your face feels red from humiliation and tears rush down your cheeks. He thumbs them away, “It’s fine. They know that sometimes that happens, they understand. I think they were just stunned that you were using such… colorful language.” You laugh, “I’m so sorry…” He wraps you in a tight hug, “No need to be sorry or embarrased. You were just being you, and I love you for that.”
