Late Nights (read note at bottom)

Ashton: You had a hard time sleeping when he wasn’t beside you; you could do it, but you usually ended up staying up until 2 or 3 am; tears coating your cheeks. It just didn’t feel right without him beside you. Without his body to warm yours. And of course he knew it, he would often call you late at night your time when he was away. And almost every time you would be awake. But he didn’t know it was because he wasn’t there, he thought you had trouble falling asleep for some reason. While he was out having the time of his life with his three best friends, you were home alone, crying in the dark. But you would never tell him that. Because you knew the moment you did he would come back to be with you and leave his dreams behind. You didn’t want o be the cause of that, so you kept your mouth shut. And continued to live your life off of a few hours of sleep.

Calum: He sure liked to party. Almost every weekend night he went out with the boys and wouldn’t come back until the early hours of the morning. He came crashing through the door; a mix of jingling keys, dropped shoes and whispered curses. You just lay in your shared bed laughing at him. He always thought you were asleep so he would come in and strip down to his boxers as quietly as he could in his half drunk state. Then he would climb into bed and snuggle up to your back. You two always ended up in the same position; your back against his chest and his arms around your waist. HE would also snuggle his face into your neck and intertwine your legs. You didn’t mind him going out and partying so late as long as that happened every night.

Luke: Late nights were filled with whispered thoughts and things that never got to see the light of day. He would tell you all his secrets and worries and you would listen. Everything would just spill out of him. Then was your turn to explode with words. You could go on for hours, but you didn’t want to put him to sleep. You two literally knew everything about each other, you said that the late night talks were the reason you were such a strong couple. And you couldn’t wait for future filled with those talks.

Michael: He was always playing video games; you literally had to drag him away from them into bed. But when you get there; it’s a struggle to get him back out again. But you didn’t mind that at all. You liked cuddling with him; he always seemed to radiate heat. You two would stay in bed together on his off days and cuddle. No words were exchanged, just touches. But you couldn’t be happier. His legs wrapped around yours or your head on his chest just felt right.
