Irwin:

The studio was a lot of work. Some singing, some harmonizing, and a whole lot of drumming. It was tough, but a great work out. He would walk in and throw his coat on the floor, his arms pounding from banging and his legs heavy from tapping. He would run his fingers through his hair and toss it to the side knowing you love it when it’s curly and sweaty. He would creep up behind you sitting on the couch and run his hands across your shoulders and down your chest. You jump a little, having not heard him walk toward you. He rests his head on your shoulder and kisses your neck sweetly. You turn around and cup his tired face in your hands, “How was the studio?” He shrugs, “Good. I just want to hear how it sounds now, I don’t want to wait.” He leans in and kisses you, then places his hands on your waist and pulls you up off the couch. You wrap your arms around his neck and deepen the kiss. He reaches up to lift off his shirt but his arms are so tired, he has trouble pulling it off. You laugh, “Need a little help Ash?” He chuckles as you pull it over his head, “You’re gunna pay for that…”
