50 Days To Fall In Love (Modern Reylo au)

Day 29

He tried to call her after the incident.

She didn't answer.

He called several times and left voicemails. He also tried to text her, it didn't work. Ben soon decided that it was time to visit his mother.

On his way to his car he came across a very concerned Poe and Finn. The minute they saw him the minute they stopped him.

"Ben! Ben!"

Poe waves his hand in front of his face.

"What is it?"

"Have you talked to Rey?"

Yes

"No. Why?"

"She hasn't been answering our calls. We called her at least 10 times."

"Actually yes. We had an argument over Kyle yesterday."

"What happened?"

"His parents are visiting him and she's been staying there. Rey said she's considering moving in."

"Moving in?! No wonder she hasn't been at the apartment. Also she's been picking up stuff from there too. I-I can't believe it."

"I can't either. Well I best be going, bye Poe and Finn!"

They waved as he got into his car.

Eventually he arrived at his mothers house. His mother Leia Organa was a great giver of advice. Hopefully she had some wise words to help him.

He approached the door,nervous. Ben hadn't talked to her in years.

He brought his fist to the door and knocked.

"Ben? I mean Kylo, what are you doing here?"

"It's Ben now. I came to visit."

"Oh Ben!"

She wrapped her arms around him squeezing him tight. Leia even cried.

"Come now, come inside."

She brought him in and led him to the the couch.

"I'll bring you coffee in a second."

A few minutes later she came back with a steaming cup.

"Here. Now what are you here for?"

"Mother I have a friend. This friend has a girl that's very close to him. They had an interesting friendship and it started over a dare. This girl started to go out with a guy, who's bad news. She doesn't seem to realize that she doesn't love him, but she insist he does. He drags their relationship too fast and they are moving in soon. This friend of mine doesn't even know how to get her to listen cause when he tried she got mad at him and he cares too much."

"Oh Ben, who's the girl?"

"Wait what?"

"The friend in this story is obviously you."

"Well the girl, I met her cause her friends dared her to fall in love with the first person she sees in 50 days. That first person is me. But now it's just a friendship."

"Are you sure?"

"I honestly don't know."

"Think about it."

"See? I knew it. Now if she loves you everything will work out on its own. Even if it's just friend love. Just stand there and do nothing at the moment. This girl you speak of will realize her mistake on her own."

"Thank you Leia."
