50 Days To Fall In Love (Modern Reylo au)

Day 1

"Hey Rey!"

Finn was smiling along with Poe. It wasn't exactly a good thing. They had something planned.

The two boys joined Rey at the booth. They were currently at "Jakku Eats" a cheap cafe that they called "their spot."

"Hey guys."

Rey mumbled, her morning didn't exactly have the best start. Finn and Poe had made a bet with Rey and she lost. So that basically meant she was dead.

"So Rey. Since you lost we have our task for you to do!"

"What is it?"

At this point she was prepared for the worst.

"We dare you to fall in love in 50 days with the first person you see."

Finn was smirking while Poe started to laugh.

Rey was dead. Anything would be better than this.

The three friends glanced at the door in anticipation, well mostly Poe and Finn.

Much to Rey's dread the door swung open and the bell that signaled a customer rang.

A tall dark brooding man had walked into the cafe.

He was extremely tall with a lanky figure. The man was dressed crisp and nice in a business suit, clutching a brief case. He had long curly dark hair followed by dark eyes. Rey found him intimating but interesting.

This was the guy she had to fall in love with.

Someone save her from this hell hole.

"Okay Rey! It's set! You have 50 days to fall in love with that man! Your time begins now!"

Finn smiled as Rey groaned.

She might as well find out his name.

Rey walked over to the man and "accidently" dropped her notebook, hopefully this works or she will look and feel stupid.

The book landed on his shiny black work shoes with barely a sound. He turned around, a look of annoyance across his face.

"These are expensive. I don't want your rusty belongings touching them!'

"Excuse me? It was an accident!"

Rey crossed her arms, this wasn't starting off well.

"You think you can talk back to me,girl?"

"It's Rey."

"Fine,Rey. You obviously don't know who I am."

The man grabbed his coffee and was about to leave when Rey asked him

"Hey I didn't catch your name?"

"It's Kylo, Kylo Ren."

And with that he was gone
