Rey woke up to six eyes boring into her: Finn, Poe, and their cat BB-8

"Where were you yesterday?"

'Yeah! You were gone all day! I thought you were taking a walk!"

"I was!"

"Poe! Believe me I was!"

"Haha Rey sweetie stop lying, if I didn't know any better I WOULD THINK THAT YOU WERE SUCKING FACES WITH KYLO REN!"

"Yeah!"

Both boys crossed their arms and gave her a glare.

"I wasn't! We are just friends! I just hung out at his place..."

"AT HIS PLACE!? GURL YOU SURE YOU WERE NOT MAKING OUT ON THE COUCH!"

"Poe!!! We just watched The Princess Bride!!!"

"AND AFTER THAT YOU PROBABLY MADE LOVE!"

"Ew Poe. It's not like that! We are just friends!"

"SURE REY SURE. I KNOW THE DEAL WAS 50 DAYS BUT GURL YOUVE FALLEN FOR HIM!"

"Have not!"

"YOU JUST STRESS ME OUT! ADMIT IT REY! AND IF YOU WONT I WILL DO IT FOR YOU!"

"Poe!!!"

"Just messing with ya! You know I love ya!"

Poe laughed before muttering to Finn,"I bet you 50 dollars that they'll end up together!"

"You're on Poe!"

Rey sighed and looked at her phone. Her ringtone had just went off.

Hey Rey! Want to hang out later? I have a surprise for you. I'll pick you up at your apartment at 3:00

After reading it she quickly replied

Yeah sure. I'll be waiting :)

After responding to him she checked the time: 2:35

25 minutes to go

Great...

25 minutes later...

"Rey! You're boyfriend is here!"

"Shut up Poe! I'm coming!"

Rey made her way to the door. Ben was waiting in the doorway smiling.

"Hey Ben!"

"Hey Rey."

"Let's go! Bye Finn! Bye Poe!"

Before she closed the door she heard something come from Poe,"Told ya Finn! Don't be surprised if they end up kissing!"

Rey laughed to herself before following Ben out.

"So Ben, what are we doing today?"

"It's a surprise! Follow me!"

"Okay."

Ben pulled Rey along and they walked and laughed for 10 minutes until they reached Ben's "surprise."

"Close your eyes."

"Okay..."

Ben placed his hands over her eyes and led her forward.

"You could open them now."

Rey opened her eyes and gasped. It was "their spot," the clearing he showed her, and it was covered in golden, yellow, and brown flowers.

They spelt out Rey

"Poe told me to make a grand gesture to win back your trust, so I did."

"I thought I forgave you already?"

"Yeah but the person who did this was almost done by that time."

He smiled, a real smile, dimples and all.

She almost wanted to kiss him at that moment,

Almost.
