This might not make a lot of sense, but it will soon (I hope), just keep waiting for more, and remember that the majority of the story is a letter!!! thanx for reading/commenting/being a fan!!

Last to Know- Prologue
I sat at my table, debating whether to write James a letter or just send him a freaking email. A letter will do just great, I thought, and it would be more official, at least to me. I didn't know James's last name, and it didn't matter, I would right this even if he were an alien. I wanted him to know how I feel.....
James,
My name is not important. You don't even need to respond to this. I just want to tell you my story. You already know, Jill has chosen you. She chose you, and I can't control that. I just want to tell you how much she meant to me and why you should cherish every moment you have with her. She is the single greatest person to ever come into my life. I know you don't really want to hear it, because you are her husband now, but I think as long as Jill is happy, it is fine by me.
Jill loved me, and I hope she still does. I wanted us be together all of our lives, but being in the military has taught me that you don't always get what you want. I've seen my friends blown to pieces, their blood in the streets. I'm sure you don't want to hear all the things I've been through, but I know now that you can fly through life. If you have that attitude, it will get you nowhere. I'm going to tell you the story, the story that will explain so much.
Before I tell you the story, I want you know these things. I thank you, despite the fact that you've taken her away, for giving her what I couldn't. You made her happy, and that's all that I wanted for her. If you don't read any other line in this letter, just read this: Thank you.
