Sheez, it's so cold. Good thing coffee stands by me. Anyways, guess what? I'm going back to school.
Yippee! Please mark the sarcasm. And Arika's face would lit up again. And then she'll beat me up again, and I'll be at the hospital again and voila! I'll be dead.
"Hey, you should eat a lot." Akihiro said snapping me away from my thoughts.
"What if I don't want to?" I asked, mocking him.
"Then you go back to the hospital again and again."
"Then I die early." I said with a shrug.
He glared at me that made me chuckle. He has been extra protective of me since I got out of the hospital. He makes it hard for me to leave.
"So how was school?" I asked. Acting cool.
"Uh... Aren't you late for school?" He said trying to avoid my question. Something is definitely wrong.
"What is it Daichi? You know you can't hide things from me." I said as I shoved a food in my mouth.
"Well, you see.. there's this three guys who makes fun of me---"
I angrily stood up. How dare them make fun of my brother. God! If I could just strangle those kids. But too bad, that's illegal and I'm fond of kids.
"Let me finish. Kai was there to scare the kids away. Can you say thank you for me?"
Kai? He would do that? Maybe I should also say thank you to him for taking care of me --- atleast.
"Okay."
After a good 5 minutes or so, I went to school. Akihiro's time of class is still 10 so... I go ahead first. But if those kids try to make fun of him again. I swear, they'll regret it.
As soon as I entered the room someone pinned me to the wall that made me whince. Oh yeah, I still got this cast around my leg and bandages around my body.
I met a brown-hazel eyes. All angry, and I knew who as it already. Arika.
"Where have you been?"
I looked down at my body and like shrugged my shoulders and hands. Like, telling her isn't it obvious?
"Still alive, huh?"
I was about to answer when Vash entered the classroom. And in an instant, Arika turned into an angel. We were the only kne inside the classroom before Vash went in.
"What are you doing?" Vash said as he went by my side.
Arika made a huge smile and held my shoulders, "Oh, just had a beso with her. Get well soon, honey." She said as she lightly squeezed my shoulders. And whispered 'not'.
She then left me with Vash. Honey? What kind of nickname is that? Eww -.-
