"R-rochi?" Sasura said, stunned.
Rochi stood up. She can't believe her eyes. She quickly got her phone and dialed her two friends, Shinan and Tsuya. She told them to come to her office immediately.
Many things were running through Sasura's mind. What would she do now? Would she be happy? Sad? Afraid? WHAT?
"I.. I---Inoji is that really you?"
He wanted to say yes so badly. But he knew he just couldn't right at that moment. He'll hurt the person he least wanted to hurt.
"I'm sorry, Ma'am. But my name is Kai Akame."
Right when she was about to speak her two friends came in running in her office, breathing heavily. But when they got the chance to look who's in front of them, their breath was taken away.
"Shinan, Tsuya." Sasura whispered.
She felt scared. It was like she was surrounded by bad guys. She feels like they could kill her right at that moment. She felt helpless and..useless.
"What happened to you?" Shinan came up to her first while Tsuya's eyes was still glued to Kai.
Of course, he was surprised. He didn't know what to feel. But one thing is for sure, he missed her so damn much. And it kills him to see her filled with bruises.
Where she got the bruises? Remember the day she got beaten up? It turned to a scar just like what Shinan has.
"W-what do you mean?" She said, shivering.
He held both her shoulders and looked firmly in her eyes. Her tears slowly falling from her eyes. Kai, who noticed went near to her immediately. He feels like crying too.
"Inoji?! Shit is that really you?! B-but you're dead..."
"Let go of her now." Kai said.
Shinan looked at a crying Sasura. His eyes softened and gently released her. He knows he can't hurt her. Not his friend.
"Guys, calm down. We can talk it out, right?" Tsuya said.
They all nodded and sat quietly in Rochi's office. Sasura's mind still blank. She doesn't know what to do. Even Kai. All of them actually. But ine thing caught Sasura's attention.
It was their graduation picture during high school placed on her table.
"Sasura, where have you been? We kept on looking for you. All your account was silent. You haven't post anything since you left. We asked all your relatives but they said they didn't know. What happened, Sasura?" Rochi said trying to fight her tears.
"I had to be with someone very important. I'm sorry." She said and looked away.
"Someone much more important than us? That you would just leave us like that? Also leaving Inoji? Didn't show up after you were out of the hospital. Did you even care?" Tsuya now in anger.
Sasura then again felt pain. They didn't know. They wouldn't understand.
"Y-yes..."
"Goddamn it!" Tsuya shouted. "Who is that person anyway?! Did you even read the letters we sent you?! I guess not. You were too selfish----" She was cut mid-sentence when Sasura slapped her together with Kai shouting 'enough'.
"Do you even know why I left? What I did in that place? What I felt? Do you know what I've been through in that place?! In school?! Even in my own home! Do you know where I got this scars? Do you know how much pain I've felt? How much blood I lost? No! You didn't! So how dare you tell me that I'm selfish!"
