They told me lies,
They hid the truth,
They hurt me,
And you did too,
If I wasn't your kind,
What was I to you?
Was I a monster?
Was I a foul?
You know telling the truth may hurt,
But creating lies first, hurts worst,
I trusted you,
And you didn't trust me,
I couldn't believe what I was hearing,
You stuck by my side,
Even when I was something else inside,
You knew I was dangerous,
Yet you stayed,
You knew my secret,
Yet you weren't afraid,
I wasn't scary,
And you weren't scared,
I just wish,
I was prepared for the truth you gave,
I hate myself,
For not being the same.
