Sonakshi reaches Dev's mansion at around 10 am.
She goes straight to the kitchen, makes a chart and gives it to the cook.
Then she goes upstairs to meet her patient, Mrs. Ishwari Dixit.
She talks to her, makes her understand the importance of proper balanced diet and nutrition.
She then leaves only to find Dev in the kitchen. He tries to start a conversation. Sonakshi just gives him a dirty look and continues her own work.
Finally, Dev asks Kichu the cook to leave the kitchen.
He comes near Sonakshi and says with a mumble voice,"Thank you for coming."
"It was my duty."
"Umm.... Let me help you?"
"No thanks. I am fine. You may leave."
She gives all straight forward answers leaving Dev blank.
He looks at her one last time, grabs his coat and leaves for office.
