Classroom: I took a deep breath and walk into class. Everyone was glaring at me. "What?" I said. "Look at the board." Autumn said. I look at the board. It said:

I look at it again in disbelief. Thanks a lot Mr. Matthews. I try to avoid their glares and sit down. A few minutes later Eric walks in.
"I see you read the board. Yesterday new girl here decided we should do an experiment to see how long kids can last without their phones and of course I thought it sounded crazy, but new girl insisted. So today I will be taking your phones and keeping them for a day. I will give them back tomorrow." Eric explained.
Autumn raises her hand. "Sir, Can I give you my opinion." She said. "Sure." Eric agreed. "It's clear that everyone needs their phones. No one can survive without it. In today's generation, we use it to take selfie, listen to music, Instagram, snapchat, texting and other things." Autumn explained.
"You're right, but have you ever thought of going to a library, face-to-face talking and listening to the radio." Eric said. Autumn shakes her head. "See. Now here's what we're going to do. I'm going to split you into Teams. I want you to do a project on water pollution." Eric said.
"That's easy." Autumn said. "Without using computers and actually going reading a book." Eric said. "You monster!" Autumn shouted.
"Alright new girl take their phones." Eric said. "Why me?" I ask. "It was your idea." Eric explained. I sigh. He gives me a basket.

I took it and started walking around. Everyone was glaring at me as they put their phones in. After that I put my phone in and place the basket on Eric's desk. I sat down.
"Alright guys, here's the groups." Eric said. He started naming the groups. "Autumn and Braidy and last Jessamine and Mia." Eric said. "Jessamine." I said. Who's Jessamine?
"Eric, I don't want to be partners with the weirdo." A girl's voice said behind Braidy. Wait weirdo. "Mean girl from yesterday." I said.
"Anyway, like I was saying before I was interrupted I don't want to be partners with her. Please change it Eric." Jessamine said. I don't want to be partners with you either.
