I woke up and got ready. Today is my birthday. After I got ready I walk to school. "Hey guys." I said when I saw Braidy, Autumn and Alexandra in the hallway. "Hey Mia." They said.
"Do you guys know what today is?" I ask them. "Um Thursday." They said in unison. "No." I said. "We give up." Alex said. "Never mind." I said and walked away. I can't believe my own friends forgot my birthday. I haven't forgotten their birthday well not yet anyway.
Alexandra P.O.V
"That was close." I said. "Guys do you think we're um being rude. I mean she probably thinks we forgot her birthday." Autumn said. "Well we can't just tell her, we're throwing her a surprise party that's why they call it a surprise." I said. "Okay." Autumn said.
"Okay remember the pack. We cannot tell Mia even if it kills use. We can't tell her." I told them. "Fine." Autumn said. "Braidy." I said. "Okay I'll try." He said. We headed into Eric class. While Eric was talking about the lesson I was thinking of a gift to give Mia.
A baseball no she already has one, books no that's Autumn thing, Tickets to Texas no I think Jessamine getting her that. I sigh. Why is it so hard to come up with an idea? I decided to ask Red after school.
After school:
Mia's mom happily let me. I went to Brian's room since he wasn't there. I sat on his bed and waited. A few minutes later he opened the door to his room. "Hey Red, I need to ask you something." I said. "No, I will not go out with you. You're not old enough." Brian said.
"I wasn't going to ask that. I just wanted to know what should I get Mi-" I said, but stop when Mia walk in. "Hey Brain mom wanted to know wha-" She said, but paused when she saw us. "Hey Alex, what are you doing here, talking to my brother. You're not asking him out again are you." Mia said. "No I was just asking him a question. I have to go bye." I said leaving.
Mia P.O.V
Once she left. I started talking to Brian. "What were you talking about?" I ask. "Nothing by the way, happy birthday." Brian said hugging me. Something is definitely going on. Brian's hugging me."Hey remember the time when I got stuck in the gate and you told mom." I said.
"Yeah that was funny...Oh, do you rememb-" Brian said, but got interrupted by his phone ringing. "I have to answer this." Brian said leaving. I followed him and listened to his conversion. "Hey." Brian said into the phone. "Hey, it's Autumn. Come to my house for Mia's surprise party." I heard Autumn say. They do remember.
I went back to Brian's room. He came back a few minutes later. "Hey, sorry sis, but I have to uh go to WORK! Yes work called and said I have to go....Bye!!" Brain said as he ran out the room. 10 minutes later.
It was 4:00 pm and I got a phone call. "Hey." I said answering my phone. "Hi Mia, it's Autumn, can you come over?" Autumn said. "Sure be there in 5 minutes." I said then hung up. It must be my surprise party. I got dressed and went to Autumns house. As I pressed the doorbell I heard someone yell, " COME IN!"
It sounded like Alex. I opened the door. It was dark so I turned the lights on. " SURPRISE!!!" Everyone shouted. I see a few people I don't know, but the rest I do.
I walk over to my group of friends. "So you didn't forget." I said like I didn't know about my surprise party. "Of course not cow girl." Said Braidy. "Never I remember everything." Said Autumn. "Not in a hundred years." said Alex. I smile at my friends. "Shall we dance?" I ask. They all nodded and we all went to the dance floor. I will never forget this night. Never.
"Umm Mia." Alex said. "Yes Alex." I said. "Happy birthday." She said as she handed me a box. I opened it and saw the walking dead series. "I love it." I said smiling. After that everyone gave me their gift. This is what I got:
Autumn- A book on sports
Jessamine- Tickets to Texas
Alex- The walking dead series
Brian- A baseball
Mom- Clothes
Braidy- beautiful bracelet
Eric- Stuff animal
Kai- A kiss on the cheek
Best birthday ever
