It was an invitation to Jessamine's birthday party. I can't believe it I'm going to a rich person Party. Wait I can't believe Jessamine is inviting me.
Braidy and Alexandra walk up to me. "Hey cow girl." Braidy said. "Hey Braidy and Alex." I said. Alexandra looks at my invitation. "What's that?" Alexandra asked. "It's an invitation to Jessamine's birthday party." I explained.
"Birthday party? Why is she inviting you? Doesn't she hate you?" Braidy asks. "I thought so too." I said. "Maybe it's a trick." Alexandra suggested. "Maybe." I said. "Are you going?" Alexandra asked.
"I don't know guys. If you're going. I will." I said. They look at me. "We weren't invited cow girl." Braidy explained. "What?!" I said. "Yeah, we didn't see anything in our lockers." Alexandra said.
So, she invited me but not them. "What should I do. Should I go?" I ask. There was a silence before Braidy said something. "I don't think you should go." Braidy said.
"Yeah, I agree with Braidy, but I didn't want to say anything." Alexandra said. "Okay I won't go if it means that much to you two." I said.
Classroom: Alexandra went to her class and Braidy and me walk into Mr. Matthew's class. We took our seats. "Weirdo" I heard Jessamine whispered. I turned around.
"You still coming?" Jessamine asks. "To what?" I ask acting like I have no idea what she's talking about. "My birthday party duh." Jessamine said. "No." I said. She rolled her eyes.
A few minutes later. Mr. Matthews walks in. "Okay guys for today's assignment. We're going to discuss what's important your reputation or your character. According to John wooden we should choose character, but it doesn't matter what he thinks he's just some old guy. It's what you decide. So, I want you to write an essay about which one you pick." Mr. Matthews explained.
