Chapter eight

Ashton's pov

"but what?" Michael asked me while looking into my eyes, I should tell him what happened, I felt the need to tell him but I physically couldn't get the words out my mouth "well..I-I..um I" "you can tell me Ash" Michael said with a smile, however that just made me feel worse "but.but you better still be my tutor" I said with a small giggle "of course I will be!" okay I guess that was a small relief, I can't explain how shit I feel though for not telling him the actual truth.

Michael had stayed for a few hours that night, the night contained movies, food and studying, I admit, Michael isn't as ignorant as I thought he was, it's like he has a whole different side of him in school to what he is like outside school, I don't blame him though, he has a reputation to hold up, and me? I don't have one, never have and never will, all I am known is being the small little quite guy and if Calum does tell everyone, i'll be known as the small little quite gay guy. The thought of people knowing made me dread it, at least a good 90% of the school hates gay people and knowing me, i'll be dead by the end of the month.

It is now the day after Michael came to my house last night, I walked into school and looked around to see if anything looked different which did not. I saw Calum across the other side of the hall, for a moment we made eye contact, his were full of pure disgust and hate towards mine whereas my eyes were shown as almost emotionless. After a few minutes of walking around I finally saw Luke and went up to him "hey Luke" "faggot" I looked at him is disbelief "excuse me?" "you heard me, faggot" he said and shoved my shoulder "Luke..you said you were fine with me being gay.." Luke let out a chuckle "that's because I wanted to give you faith hope. No one likes faggots!" a few people started to look towards us from what they had heard so far "Luke please..lower your voice..people are starting to notice.." "notice what? how much of a faggot you are?" Luke said with a scoff "stay the fuck away, I don't want to catch your disease." he said with a glare and walked away from me, just like that, just like I never mattered to him at all.

Words can not explain the amount of pain that was going through me right now, I've two of the most important people to me, mostly the reason why I was still here, maybe the only reason why I was still here, but they hate me, maybe they always did..well..at least I still have Michael right?, speaking of Michael, I could see Tyler and Josh walk up to me from the corner of my eye, what else could go wrong today? it's not even 8am and i'm already thinking of trying to commit suicide for the second time.

I let out a sigh "whatever you guys are going to say or do, just do it quickly please" a smirk was placed on Josh's lips "we know your little secret" wait what..did Calum actually tell people?!, however I decided to play it dumb anyway "what secret?" "that you are a faggot" Tyler answered, I could feel my face drain of colour "I-I, w-who..who told you that?" "Calum, but that doesn't matter. how about we make a deal?" Tyler continued "what is it?.." "we know you and Michael have been hanging out besides studying, stay the fuck away from him. Or we will tell the whole of the school that your just a worthless fag. You'll be dead within a day of people knowing. Stay away from him. Deal?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, hasn't today been worse enough?? "U-um yeah..d-deal" I managed to say "good" josh snarled in my ear and with that said, they both walked away. Leaving me to think, what the fuck just happened?!
