Anna couldn't believe what was happening. She had so many questions and he just.....

Ugggh....

He didn't even gave her a single second to ask how will she be able to go to the mentioned Mansion. She was even more frustrated now.

Anna was frustrated and boiling inside with irritation. She could feel it in her veins, but she wouldn't let it out and cause her control to disorient again.

Anna had enough of it for one day.

She didn't even know how long she was glaring at the headmaster's door, until Marina's voice brought her back to reality and out of her murderous thoughts.

"So... How was your meeting with Headmaster Winchester? ", she asked with a smile on her face, as she walked up to her.

Frustrated, confusing, irritating?

"Well... Not the meeting I was expecting but... it was okay, I guess... ", she answered three gritted teeth. Not that everything in her life, up until now at least, wasn't irritating and confusing. She still couldn't get used to it.

Marina giggled,"I get it, But don't worry. Mr.Winchester is a really good man. You'll get used to him."

I doubt that...

"So... ", Anna started, changing the subject," Did you finish what you had to do? "

" Yep. ", Marina answered as she motioned to the papers in her hands that Anna hadn't acknowledged until now.

As they started walking in the red corridors of the glorious Academy, Anna couldn't help but be curious about the emptiness of the whole place. No students, no teacher, no staff. It was a huge school and until now she hadn't seen no one occupying a spot of the Academy.

There was just a huge silence.

Anna wasn't against silence. She loved been in her quiet room, reading books for hours, listening to music or hanging out with Seth, talking about their crappy day at school. Silence was her safe escape. An escape from her difficult and confusing life. An escape from her problems. An escape from the obstacles, that fate was throwing her way. An escape from all those secrets and lies...

"So...? Where is everyone? Why is the Academy so...quiet?", she finally managed to ask. She wanted to easy her curiosity. It was quite weird.

"Ohh.. The classes haven't started yet. The opening ceremony is in two days. ", Marina answered with a smile, as she looked at her new friend.

" Really? I didn't know, I thought... ", Anna sighed, " Then why are you here? I mean... It's only two days until school starts. Shouldn't you been somewhere...emm..enjoying yourself ? "

Marina laughed lightly, "You're right. I should be... But as a member of the students council, I'm helping in organizing the ceremony. Do not worry I'm not the only one here."

Anna was shocked and impressed, "Wow! You're in the students council. You must be one of the best students in the Academy, then. Or at least I think that's how it works... "

"What can I say? I'm amazing! ", they both laughted until Marina talked in all seriousness," After all I'm a royal ranked esper. I must be that good. ", she said looking down at her shoes with a sad face.

Annabella wanted to ask her what was wrong but before she could say something, she was interrupted by a nerdy guy, with weird glasses. He was running in the corridor, like he was been chased by his worst nightmare, holding books and some files in both of his hands. Or trying to.
