"We will have our first date soon,"

Lauren kissed the top of Camila's heading, saddened by the fact that it was the third reservation or booking that she had had to cancel. She wanted her first date with Camila to be perfect even though it might seem slightly pointless as they've already said they love each other and have been through a lot in the short amount of time they had known each other. Soul mates. Lauren said in her head, closing her eyes but not sleeping, just resting her eyes. She was still aware of everything around her so when she felt a sudden movement, Lauren shot up, slightly startled but was quick to comfort the brown eyed girl who had tears streaming down her face.

"I saw it," Camila sobbed, bringing her knees up to her chest as her mind kept replaying what she had dreamt. "I saw it," She repeated, quietly this time as Lauren wrapped an arm around her and pulled her in for a hug.

"Babe, I'm sorry," The green eyed girl said, reaching for the younger girls hands to hold in her own.

"No, don't apologize, it's fine," Camila mumbled, wiping her eyes.

"Come on, let's go to the living room, it's not as hot in there," Lauren suggested, bringing the younger girl to her feet and walking with her hand in hand to the living room before sitting on the sofa. The brown eyed girl curled her legs up underneath her and laid on Lauren's lap, playing with the older girls fingers while her thoughts were currently occupied.

"Are you hungry yet?" Lauren asked, snapping Camila out of her thoughts.

"No," She quietly replied, focusing on her fingers intently. The older girl frowned slightly at Camila's answer as she had never once turned down food since they've met.

"Drink?" Camila shook her head, not uttering a word. Both girls stayed in silence for a moment, however it was comfortable. Camila was upset and continuously filled her mind with images of Sofi while Lauren was thinking about her plans for next week and more importantly, the girl currently lying in her lap.

"Do you want to tell me about your dream?" Lauren asked suddenly, moving her legs so that Camila sat up. She was surprised however when the younger girl subtly nodded her head, deciding to hold the green eyed girls hands. Taking in a deep breath, Camila began to tell Lauren what she had dreamt.

"It was real. It's like what really happened. I just know it," The brown eyed girl spoke. "I was walking to my house and..." She paused for a moment, taking another deep breath. "And Sofi was playing with her friend and I saw her and waved to her but she didn't wave back, it was like I was not there," Pausing again, Camila rubbed her eyes roughly, trying not to allow tears to fall.

"You don't need to carry on if you don't want to," Lauren said, noticing how hard this was for the younger girl who still avoided eye contact.

"I was watching her for a bit," Camila continued, "Then she got up and it was like I knew what was going to happen but I couldn't prevent it. Suddenly Sofi was crossing the road and a car came and then she was lying flat on the road and there was blood everywhere and I was screaming and she wasn't moving and..." The tears then hit Camila like a truck as she started sobbing uncontrollably, falling down onto Lauren and holding tightly onto the older girls legs.

"Okay, okay, I've got you," Lauren soothed, rubbing Camila's back gently. Lauren hadn't had much experience in comforting people, she never really got close enough to anyone to need to comfort them if crying.

"I hate this," Camila spat, sitting up again yet still avoiding eye contact.

"Look at me," Lauren said, holding onto Camila's hands. "Babe, look at me," The older girl pestered. Very slowly, Camila lifted her head by centimetres, glancing up slowly at Lauren who was staring at her with adoring eyes but then quickly darting her eyes back down.
