Chapter 7: A New Friend

A New Friend

"Rythian wait!" Martyn and Xephos leapt out of the crater in a single bond. "I can help out more." He ran towards him and saw that Zoey was laid down in a patch of flowers with Rythian next to her staring into the forest. "What?" Rythian silently put his finger to his lips and left a cloud of purple smoke as he teleported behind a tree. He looked around the tree and then at Martyn, motioning for him. Martyn and Xephos sprinted over to him. "What is it? What about Zoey?" Martyn whispered.

"She's safe for now, but it feels like there's something in there. Can you use your forest magic to tell me where the thing is?"

Xephos whispered, "Even I can sense it." Rythian and Martyn gave him a peculiar look. "I'll tell you about it later."

Martyn's eyes began to glow a bright green. "I sense that she is 13 metres away and 2 metres to the left. But-" Rythian darted over to where the presence was at. Martyn shouted quietly, "Wait!" But he was too late, Rythian had gained its attention. "Xephos, come on." He dashed into the woods with the man behind him.

"What's wrong?" Xephos quietly asked.

"It's another Enderborn." He replied. "I don't think this'll end well."

*Nilesy's POV* plot twist!

I can't believe Martyn and Xephos left us behind! *sighs* Better go and find him... "Come on Honeydew, let's look for 'em." It's better than just sitting here...

"WOAH!!!" *splash*

"What was that!" I jumped to my feet and climb out of the crater towards the noise. It came from the opposite direction of where Martyn went. After helping Honeydew out, we sprinted into the forest...well, Honeydew attempted to.... I reached a small lake with a girl soaking wet face down in the dirt. I ran to her, but tripped on some empty buckets she dropped. I didn't take notice and helped her up. "Hey there, I'm Nilsey." She looked into my eyes and my heart stopped! She was the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen!

"HiI'mAlphina." She quickly said as I helped her up. Her accent was just like mine! I looked her over as she smiled with embarrassment. She wore a black shirt with neon green skinny jeans and rainbow belt. Her feet had back converse with rainbow duct tape on the front. Her hair was...black and emoish. That was the only way to put it, but beautiful nonetheless, and had the bangs(fringe for the British) hot pink. The most beautiful part of her was her gorgeous brown eyes that sent chills up my spine! "Sorryforthetrouble!"

"It's no trouble at all." She's unique, but she's my kind of unique.
