Time Skip

Martyn awoke with a jolt and laboured breathing. He frantically looked around him. The room was completely different than before. The throne room now looked like some kind of futuristic room. Everything was white with lights everywhere and computers were at the sides of the room. Explosions were echoing and he could hear distant shouting. A sliding down slid open to reveal a panicked Toby in a red and black uniform. "Martyn! You're awake!" His face flipped into a smiling and joyful expression.

"What happening‽ I was in the Twilight an minute ago and now I'm... I have no idea where I am!" Martyn was flabbergasted.

"I'll explain everything later. Right now put on that uniform and follow me." He quickly left the room to let Martyn change.

Martyn saw a cupboard that had another red and black uniform. 'Didn't Xephos wear one of those?' He thought to himself. He shrugged it off and reached for it. As soon as his arm reached for it, he immediately saw that his hand and arms were blue. He rushed to a mirror and was that his whole body was blue. "You are having a Giraffe!"

Toby ran in. "What is it‽" He had a gun pulled out and scanned the room until he saw Martyn staring at the mirror. "Martyn...I'll be able to explain this, but we have to leave...now." Martyn shakily changed and went with Toby. They ran down countless corridors until they went down one that was littered with bodies. Toby reached up and touched a little device located in his ear. "Admiral Xephos! I lost my platoon and request transport to your ship." Toby ran down the halls without even flinching at the bodies. After a second a response came. "What about Martyn‽ Your ship was to rendezvous with us at Mistral City with him before night and help us hold them off there!" "Martyn's awake, but the ship's engines blew awhile back! It was all I could do with no crew!" "He's... Alright, I'll arrange immediate air support. Xephos out." Toby sighed with relief. "You woke up just in time. Xeph was about to give up hope."

"I expect you to tell me everything that happened while I was...asleep."

Toby sighed. "Okay, we have a little time for transport. We are brothers, Twilightborn. You were born to rule the Overworld's forests, while I ruled the Twilight's forests. Since the Overworld has seasons, your body changes with them. Right now your body is reacting to Winter."

Martyn just sat on the floor quietly. "Then what happened? Why are their dead people everywhere? How is Xephos an Admiral?"

Toby joined him on the floor. "You been in a coma from the change to winter for a month now. Israphel's cult has an alliance with Herobrine, King Finnbar, the beaver mafia, and trying to get Ridge on his side. Currently Xephos is in his ship called 'The Franchise' and is guarding Ridge's castle, which is in the sky. Their are rumours that the Reficules joined, but we're not certain. Our allies are the Skylords and Yoglabs. The Skylords are helping us with battle and providing ships whilst Yoglabs are developing weapons and other devices to help us."

A small transport ship flew into the hanger and two people stepped out. "Commander Nilesy and Lieutenant Alphina at your service." They both saluted Toby and smiled. "And it's great to see you again Martyn." Nilesy said. "Now get in the ship. Enemy reinforcements are coming." Everyone climbed into the ship and they flew off as the ship tilted down and rapidly descended towards the ground.

Sorry guys for not posting. I had ran out of ideas for this, but then I had this 'I known!' moment and knew exactly what to write. I'm going to write this part of the story from now on, but have flash backs to meeting people and to show what happened whilst Martyn was asleep. Hope you enjoy and don't forget to comment.
