16 and Pregnant (A One Direction Fanfic)

Part 20

Amys POV:

Mason woke up with a fever so I have been awake for around 2 hours. It is now 9am and Mason is still ill. He is boiling hot despite the freezing weather, his troat hurts and he has been sick a few times.

I was currently sat on the sofa with Mason sat looking sad on the floor only in a pair of pull ups. I sat and watched him as I knew he wasn't feeling right.

Liam was at the studio and Emma sat at home with me.

'I think I'm going to take him to the doctors, he has never been like this' I signed looking at the ill boy again on the floor.

'Its the best thing for him' Emma gave me a sympathetic look and smiled.

She stayed with the day dreaming Mason whilst I went into the kitchen and booked a doctors appoinment which I had to go to at 10am, in 1 hour.

I took Mason and dressed him in some dark blue joggers and a top with a union Jack on with a pair of socks as I was putting him in his pram.

I changed into some black skinny jeans with a oversized hoodie and my converse.

I sat Mason in his pram who was still silent and looking sad. I called out to Emma telling her I would be back soon and left for the 15 minute walk to the doctors.

**12 O'clock**

After a load of tests run on Mason we left to go back to Liams and Emmas. I got given some medicane for Mason to take 3 times a day to get the fever to go.

Once we reached Emmas I took Mason out of his pram and instead of running into the living room he stood and waited for me to put the pram away. I looked up and saw Liam leaning against the kitchen door frame

'Still not him self?' He asked looking concerned. I shook my head and looked down at him.

I picked the infant up and placed him on my stomache so his legs wrapped around my back and he placed his head on my chest with his thumb in his mouth.

We all sat on the sofas and I sat Mason on my knee. My phone beeped and I had recieved a message from Niall

From Niall:
Any chance I could come and see Mason? Ni x

I let out a sigh and typed back

To Niall
He's not him self, he is Ill but feel free to come and see him. He is your son too. Amy

I placed my phone on the coffee table and snuggled a boiling Mason into my chest.

From Niall:

I'm coming over x

I recieved another message and started rocking a weeping Mason. Whats with the kiss?

'Daddys coming to see you Mase' I spoke to him he rubbed his eyes and let out a little smile.

After 35 minutes there was a knock at the door, I was about to stand up when Liam stood up.

'Ill get it' He smiled rubbing Masons head.

Niall and Liam came in and Mason lifted his head up and gave another small smile and a wave.

'Whats up bud?' Niall asked sitting next to me on the sofa looking at a ill Mason.

'Mwe poowly' He whispered, Niall put his hand on Masons bare foot and rubbed circles on it.

'Can I' Niall asked gesturing to hold Mason. I nodded and Niall picked up Mason and placed him on his knee.

'I heard about you and Ellie' I said with a slight smile looking at the floor. He nodded and looked at Mason, 'Sorry' I felt guilty that it was my fault that they split up.

'Its not your fault' He said looking over to Emma and Liam and smiling.

'what did the lads say about you being a dad?' I said quietly twirling my two thumbs.

'I told them the night before, they where obviously worried and stuff' he said whilst rubbing Masons arm.

Mason finally fell asleep cuddled to his dad whilst we all had a quiet conversation. There was no point taking him to bed because he will not sleep for long with a fever.

'Maybe we can go out and talk one day?' Niall said not taking his eyes off Mason. Emma and Liam decided to have there own conversation so we could talk.

'Yeah' I started smiling like an idiot not looking up 'when Masons better' I said again looking up slightly at Niall.

'Yeah I'd like that' I saw him smiling between his words.
