Chapter 22- Spy

I glared at the wall of water which would teleport me to the mortal realm. Why did it have to be a fridgen waterfall. I sighed and let the water burn my skin as I teleported.
It feeling like a blade dragging over my skin.
I had kept a secret to myself forever... I had to know if she was ok. When we were younger Milli had cast a spell on everyone to forget Mist... But the spell didn't work on me. It would take hold for a few seconds when used on a large scale and last only a few minutes on a small scale. So while everyone had forgotten her, I had remembered. She had been sweet and innocent, and... I had fallen in love with her... Even if she didn't love me.
I appeared in the mortal realm. Damn water and fire did not mix. Even if fire was stronger than water, they certainly did not mix.
I walked away from the small fall to a cabin, aka our garage. We stored all our vehicles there when we were in Aura.
Starting up my bike, yeah that's right I owned a red sports bike, I followed the path leading to the main road.
Funny I thought hitting the pavement. Kade's car seemed to be only a kilometer or such away.

I followed him. We eventually ended up at a mansion. The walls freshly painted and the shrubbery freshly cut. Mist's car was inside the gate. Well I couldn't help but laugh as I watched Kade scale the wall. I parked up against the white wall and waited a while to see if anything could be heard.
I almost fell asleep until I heard glass Shafer on a large scale...

Hey guys. I haven't published in 4ever. I've been a little busy. My life just got complicated. But I'm happy. U will probably be able to guess what happened from the next few chapters as the characters kinda describe people in my life and what happens in the mess of it.
