Prologue

The hardest thing about falling in love? 

It is when you fall really hard on that person yet it goes unnoticed.

He doesn’t even bother to catch you.

Every time he’s near, you feel something on your stomach that you don’t understand.

It happens unexpectedly.

It’s hard to act around someone who you like – especially if you’re a hopeless romantic.

     By the way, I’m Alison Mendez. I am the kind of girl na mahilig sa kung anong bagay na cute at sweet sa aking paningin. I love the rain ( and believe it or not, I love the smell of the rain kahit maraming may ayaw), I would love to watch the sunset, I love music, and yes, I’m a hopeless romantic. Ewan ko ba kung ito right term tawag sa akin. All I knew is that I always lose myself in a daydream. I rarely fall in love (oy, crush lang ha? Wala pang boypren eh kaya madalas umaabot isip ko kung saan-saang kalawakan. Others are just infatuations), but when I do it’s really hard.

     Minsan, ako naman ang nab-blind sa love. I hate to assume kasi. Pero minsan, hindi ko namamalayan ‘yan kaya parang nag-eexpect ako.

      I’m a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl. Hindi naman ako tomboy. I feel comfortable with those. ‘Yung mga shirt ko naman ay may print na butterflies or anything na cute or kaya music or mga sayings.
