Walking with Robbie was the last thing she expected to do. Of course, Mabel knew she liked him but she could never admit it.
"Wow, would you look at that." Robbie said.
Mabel looked up to what Robbie was talking about and saw what looked like a combination of a goat, a bear, and a duck.
"I'm not sure if it's a goat, a bear, or a duck, but I want one." Robbie said.
'Now's your chance Mabel, do something!' She thought before she cleared her throat, "I can win one of those for you, i-if you'd like."
"Really? You know those kinds of games are rigged right?" Robbie asked.
The girl didn't answer, instead, she straightened out her coat and walked up to the booth, "One round please."
The man behind the counter handed her a baseball just as Robbie stepped beside her. Mabel narrowed her eyes at the stack of bottles as she wound up her throw. The ball flew from her hand and missed the bottles, only to bounce off the back wall and aim for Robbie.
The impact sent Robbie to the ground, holding his eye.
"Ohmygosh, ohmygosh! Are you okay Robbie?!" Mabel asked quickly, as she knelt down by the teenager.
"It's fine, it's fine." Robbie said, as he pulled his hand away, revealing his black eye, "I just need some ice."
Mabel watched as the teen got to his feet and started walking away. She sighed, 'Way to go Mabel, the one shot to impress Robbie and you blew it.'
That's when Dipper and Wally ran up to her with giant grins on their faces.
"Okay, Mabel, have you ever had something so bad happen that you wanted to go back in time and do it over?" Wally asked.
"About two minutes ago." Mabel scoffed.
"Well...feast your eyes Sis!" Wally said, as he showcased the time machine in the air.
"What is that?" Mabel asked.
"Let's just say Wally conned a time traveler out of his time machine. Shall we give it a test run?" Dipper asked.
"Wait, wait, wait!" Mabel said.
"What's the matter Mabes?" Wally asked.
"Are you two nuts? You stole a time machine, and now you want to use it for your own personal gain?" Mabel asked.
Both brothers lowered their heads in shame.
That's when Mabel smirked, "Let's give it a shot."
"Really?" Dipper asked.
"Yeah, let's do it!" Mabel said, thrusting her fist in the air.
Wally grabbed the tape, and pulled it to the five minute mark. Before he let it go, he gave his siblings one last look, "Ready?"
As the two nodded, Wally released the tape and it retracted.
Everything around them slowed to a stop and started to rewind until they disappeared in a flash of light.
Wally and Dipper found themselves standing in front of the same pig pen as they were earlier.
"Did it work?" Wally asked, looking around.
"Waddles!" Dipper squealed, as he ran back over to the pig pen containing the pig he won once before.
'That answers that question.' Wally thought.
Just as the man running the game opened his mouth, Dipper spoke up. "Fifteen pounds, six ounces!" He squeaked, before scooping Waddles out of the pen and scurrying back to his brother.
