Chapter 25: Staying?

*Mark's Pov*

"Hey!" Adamaris answered.

"Hey! How are you?" I asked.

"Um good just about to eat how about you?" She replied.

"Oh, nothing just walking to the park." I said.

"Oh, how's Pennsylvania?" She asked.

"Oh it's nice I've been hanging out with some old friends!" I said

"Oh, that's nice!" She said a little sad but was happy!

"Yeah, but I have to go I'll text you later." I said.

"Okay. Bye." She said ending the call.

She was acting a bit weird but who knows.

*Adamaris' Pov*

I went back downstairs when I finished being in a call with Mark. I ate then my family came over. They talked with Jacob's parents and my brother talked with his sister.

"Hey, Adamaris come outside real quick!" My dad said.

I went outside and I saw Jacob's parents go back in.

"Would you like to stay here for a couple of weeks?" They asked me.

"Yeah! I would!" I said excitedly.

"Okay. Since you don't start school till September you can stay here for like two and a half weeks and then if Mark's mom is okay with it you can stay with them for two and a half weeks then go to New Jersey." He said.

"Really!" I said.

"Yeah, we'll call his mom today and ask." He said.

"Okay!" I said.

We walked to the car and they gave me my suitcase with clothes and other things. My dad then whispered to me.

"You're actually staying with Mark for four weeks we just didn't want to say it out loud."

"Oh okay!" I whispered-yelled.

My family then hugged me and they left for New Jersey. I was going to meet them there in six and a half weeks!

I was so excited I get to be with both of them for a bit.

*Jacob's Pov*

I saw Adamaris walk back in with her suitcase and a couple of bags. I was kind of confused.

"Guess what?!" She said excitedly.

"What?" I said.

"I'm staying with you guy for two and a half weeks." She said.

"Really?!" I yelled.

"Yeah, that's why my parents were talking with your parents." She said.

I then helped her take her things to the guest room.
