24 - bad hair day

Third persons POV

Continued from previous chapter....

"Oh c'mon Kookie, its really not that funny..." Yoongi groaned in embarrassment. Jungkook, however, almost toppled over in laughter as Yoongi's mother turned the page in the photo album, revealing a very scrawny, very short Yoongi with bright mint green hair, standing next to a younger looking Jin who was wearing a pink headband and smiling brightly at the camera.

"Oh. My. God." Jungkook let out at the old photo's of his boyfriend and friend. Jungkook hated to admit it, but Yoongi looked pretty ridiculous. Besides the blindingly obvious minty colour of Yoongi's hair, the boy's straight, almost emotionless facial expressions and bad 'hip-hop' fashion sense was just too hilarious. He even had chains. Gold chains. It was too much for Jungkook to handle.

Yoongi tried to grab the album from his mothers hands, but Jungkook grabbed it before him, holding it out of reach. Yoongi groaned.

"Don't-"

"Yoongi, you had green hair?" Jungkook let out with a giggle.

"Yes ok? Now please give me the book-"

"Yoongi oh my god. Why on earth?"

"I lost a bet with Jin ok? And in the end I had to dye my hair a colour of Jin's choice. Now please-"

"No way! This is the cutest thing I have ever seen Gi, I'm making it my wallpaper" Jungkook said, snapping a picture on his phone.

"Jungkook really? You're going to regret that" Yoongi said, and leaned over to whisper in Jungkook's ear so his mother couldn't hear. "Because when we get home, I'm going to fuck you so hard that you'll wish you never-"

"YOONGI OH MY GOD" Jungkook slapped him, red rushing to his cheeks as he gestured towards Yoongi's mother, who was staring at the two in amusement. Yoongi took Jungkook's moment of venerability to snatch the album out of his hands and close it shut.

"I think that's enough for today." Yoongi announces, and his mother lets out a small laugh at the two boy's friendly argument.

"You two are so cute together! My boy was blessed to find you Jungkook, I've never seen him this happy." Mrs Min said with a proud smile, causing Yoongi to blush in embarrassment and Jungkook to feel warm at the kind words.

"No one was meant to see those pictures, eomma you know that..." Yoongi groaned over dramatically, earning a playful slap from his mother and a soft smile from his boyfriend.

"You actually looked good with coloured hair hyung" Jungkook spoke up. "As funny as teenage Yoongi looked, dyed hair suits you!" Jungkook tried to reason, but Yoongi wasn't having it.

"Dyed hair makes me bald."

"Dyed hair makes you hot."

"Oh get off it."

"Never!"

"I won't look good with dyed hair anyway!"

"Yoongi, you had white blonde hair when I met you, and it made you look handsome!"

"Jungkook~"

"I mean, now your roots are showing but-"

Mrs Min suddenly burst into laughter, stopping the two from their small, friendly argument. "You know," Mrs Min said after her laughter died down. "Jungkook has a point, about the roots I mean..."

"Mother what are you insinuating?" Yoongi questioned, noticing the way her mothers smile crooked up at the edges, the same smile she got when she was up to no good.

"I'm just saying, maybe you should dye your hair again?" His mother questioned and Jungkook lit up at the idea. Yoongi meanwhile..

"No. Nope. No way. I am done with hair dyes. They ruin your hair and its a pain to do and... Just no." Yoongi argued, crossing his arms like a child throwing a tantrum. As if nothing could change his mind.

But Jungkook was having none of that. He wanted to see 'hair-dyed-yoongi' for himself, and he was going to do what ever he could to do it.

Even pulling the 'guilt trip' card.

"Aw, I really wanted to see you dye your hair. I think it would have looked really good." Jungkook said, adding a 'disappointed' tone to his voice. "But ok Gi, I guess it is your decision..." he added, pouting a little to add to the act.

Yoongi's mother seemed to pick up on Jungkook's intentions, and decided to play along.

"Oh Jungkook dear, don't get too upset!" She said and patted Jungkook's hair. "Yoongi's so stubborn, he won't listen to anyone but himself sometimes."

"I understand..." Jungkook said sadly, looking down at his hands, but not missing how Yoongi's concerned eyes followed him.

After a short silence, and a small sniffle from jungkook (for effect, of course) Yoongi finally spoke up.

"Ugh fine" Yoongi groaned and threw his hands in the air.

"What was that dear?" His mother said, her voice throwing a questioning tone but her smile giving away that she knew exactly what he meant.

"I said fine... I'll dye my fucking hair.

"YAY"

"LANGUAGE"

Yoongi tried to look mad, but a smile eventually creeped up on his face. "You two sure like to push my buttons. But I guess my hair needed to be re-done anyway." Yoongi let out, with a defeated sigh, and his mother clapped her hands in excitement.

"Finally you realise! Yoongi, I didn't want to say it at first, but as an ex-hairdresser I must say that your half-black-half-blonde look you have going on is thoroughly offending."

Yoongi scoffed, Jungkook giggled, and Mrs Min ruffled Yoongi's hair playfully.

"I promise I'll take good care of you, Yoongi. You can trust me!" His mother chuckled, and Yoongi nodded, accepting his defeat, mentally preparing himself for the painful procedure that he was about to endure.

A new hair style was defiantly not what Yoongi expected to get out of visiting his mother.

But Jungkook's face, lit up with excitement, made it all worth it.

Oh my lord I am so sorry this has taken sooo long.

Wow I'm slack!

But here it is!! More fluffy fluff fluffffff.

This chapter was actually meant to be longer, but I had to split it into three parts bc it was SO FREAKING LONG. They'll be one more chapter of Yoongi-and-Jungkook-Meet-Mrs-Min stuff. But I hope you can appreciate the fluff in the last few chapters, bc it's gonna get serious soon!!
