Jerome smiled as the two walked towards Mitch's car, hands intertwined. Mitch was looking about, grinning. He won't ask me will he? Jerome thought. Mitch looked up to the sky, still grinning. He looked back down at Jerome, and gave him a peck on the lips.

"Dood, chill out. You look like we're going to get jumped any second." Jerome smiled.

Jerome watched Mitch as he jammed out to the radio. He couldn't help giggling, and Mitch looked over at him.

"Something funny Biggums?" Jerome grabbed his hand, and pressed a kiss to it.

"You are buddy." Mitch laughed, and Jerome was so grateful for the man sitting beside him. Rain began to patter on the windshield, and Mitch squeaked in excitement.

"Rain yes!" Jerome burst out laughing.

And I don't know how it gets better than this

And I don't know why but with you I'd dance

In a storm in my best dress, fearless

Mitch pulled into a park parking lot and jumped out of the truck, leaving the music blaring. (One, Park-ception, and two I would think Mitch would have that old fashion twilight red toyota truck, but in green) He raced around to the other side, already soaked from the rain, and opened Jerome's door. Jerome stared at his sopping wet boyfriend in surprise.

"What are you waiting for Biggums?" He grasped Jerome's wrist, and pulled him out of the seat.

"Mitch! My new suit's gonna get ruined!" Jerome groaned, but Mitch ignored him, dragging him farther out into the rain, both soaking wet.

"Come on dude dance with me!" Mitch laughed, grabbing both of Jerome's hands. Jerome giggled, and let Mitch pull him into a dance.

Well you stood there with me in the doorway

My hands shake I'm not usually this way but

You pull me in and I'm a little more brave

It's a first kiss, it's flawless, really something, It's fearless

Jerome remembered their first kiss.

The two of them dashed through the rain, arms over their heads, attempting to shield away some of the rain. They thundered up Jerome's porch steps, and stood panting at Jerome's door. Mitch was the first to look up. Their eyes met, and Mitch took a step closer.

"I had fun today." He breathed, taking another step closer. Jerome could feel his hands shaking, and clasped them behind his back.

"I did too." Mitch leaned closer.

"Happy Birthday Jerome." Jerome met him in the middle, lips melding together like they belonged.

Jerome let Mitch spin him, and Mitch pulled him back in. Jerome put his hands on Mitch's chest to steady himself. He gazed up into Mitch's eyes, seeing all the love and passion barely hidden by the bright brown eyes.

"I love you Mitch." Mitch smiled, and they kissed in the pouring rain.

"Love you too Biggums."
