I walk into Mr. Park's classroom with my head low and slide into my seat next to Alya. I whisper to her, "We are going to perform during the intermission of the showcase tonight." She looks at me wide eyed and says, " this is all your fault Miles, If u hadn't lied we would have just performed yesterday." I say, " Stop talking so loud,and if you had shown up to more rehearsals I wouldn't have felt the need to lie." She looks at me furiously saying, " No one from my musical would do this to me because they are professionals," and with that Alya stormed off, and I was there alone, while everyone stared at me.
*Honestly, I cannot believe Miles, first he lies to get an extension because I messed up a few words, than he makes us perform during the intermission at the showcase, how unprofessional* ~Alya
I am anxiously waiting in my seat for class to end, and decide to sit next to Bianca. She looks at me confused, and throws me a witty comment, "what did queen Elsa leave you for Olaf." she replies, to be honest it was not her best insult but I know she's hurting. I look at her and see the pain behind her eyes. I know Jax cannot see it, especially when he teases her, but everything he says leaves a mark. We just sit there in silence until class ends, and I decide to go after Alya. I walk to the quad and find her under a tree alone.
*Even though she is annoying right now, I just cannot shake the fact that I ruined our friendship* ~Miles
"It's official, I am leaving Keaton." she says. I am confused, " why?" She laughs and says," you of all people should know, I am just done with everyone here, it is just to unprofessional for me, and this musical made me realize I can do so much more." She turns around whipping her hair in my face. "Alya you cannot just give up like this." She looks at me and says," I am not giving up." "Than why are you leaving?" I ask. She turns around sharply and yells, "BECAUSE OF YOU MILES, because of you." She runs off and I try to follow, but I know I can't keep up, physically, or emotionally.
* Miles just does not get it, and the whole saying yes to Julie right before our date was the last straw, I am done with dumb guys like Miles, I just need more.* ~ Alya
*I honestly just hope Alya will pull through tonight for me at the showcase, and I want to fix our friendship, but something is telling me it can't be fixed.* ~Miles
