#38 JEALOUS- THE FEAR OF LOSING IMPORTANCE

 Zara was worried since she knew that Yash didn't like her friendship with Zahir and she was tensed thinking that pairing with Zahir would worse the situation and ultimately Yash would hate her more than before.

Zara was unable to identify this feeling and cautiousness to cherish the friendship with Yash. But she was stern in her decision that the friendship with Yash was more important than the friendship with Zahir.

She searched for Yash all over the school to make everything clear about her friendship with Zahir since she thought that Yash had misunderstood that there was something beyond friendship between Zahir and herself but she was unable to find him and she returned to the auditorium with disappointment.

Zara sat at the veranda of the auditorium for sometime as she felt that she was going to lose Yash. 

When she heard the announcement of the teacher she entered the Auditorium she knew that she was going to rehearse with the Romeo character (Zahir) which she didn't wanted to do. and she confirmed that the drama would be burrying the friendship between herself and Yash.

When she reached her teacher and on seeing her the teacher said, " okay fine Zara, now Scene 7 Capulets orchard, by the way have you learned all the dialogues?"

Zara replied, "yes mam"

Teacher, "That's good, now you should start saying your dialogue from here (pointing to one end of the stage) and slightly walk towards the curtain (pointing to a spot next to the curtain which has been covering a part of the stage ) and just stop two feet away from the curtain , is it clear?"

Zara nodded her head in response and she walked towards the stage.

By the time Zara heard the teacher asking, "Is romeo ready?"

And Jim ,Zara's classmate who has been assisting the teacher in all the arrangements of the drama came out of a curtain answering the teacher "yes mam" and Zara saw him walking away winking at her.

Zara got goose bumps when she heard the word Romeo, she didn't wanted to face Zahir who was about to come out of the curtain.and the wink of Jim made her irritated since she felt that Jim was making fun of her.

At that point her mind wanted her to run away from there but she came to the real world when she heard the voice of teacher asking her if she was ready to start.

Zara nodded and she started to perform her role as Juliet saying

" O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name.

Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I'll no longer be a Capulet. 'Tis but thy name that is my enemy; Thou art thyself, though not a Montague. O, be some other name. What's in a name? That which we call a rose By any other word would smell as sweet.
