We got to jack in the box and it was easy for me to make an order, I had curly fries, ranch dressing, a salad, and a big bucket of chicken, phoebe was so indecisive, one minute she wanted this the next she wanted that, "ooohhhhh, that burger looks good aunty mia" she kept echoing in my ears, "is there a kids meal?" I asked clearly frustrated "sure there is ma'am" the attendant answered, I got that for phoebe and we got a spot to sit "pray for your food aunty" phoebe said and she blessed our food "dig in!!!" She announced and that got a few heads turning in out direction, most people smiled at the sight of the both of us eating, we had so much fun and when I was done eating she went to play in the playground, I watched her play while I took a few pictures, then I took a look at my watch, it was already past 10, oh God! "Time to go home phoebe" I said as I approached the ballot where she was playing "already aunty mia?" She whined and whined but I just picked her up and into my arms and we went out into the parking lot to find only like 3 other cars parked there at this time of the night, we drove home not so silently since phoebe kept on singing various nursery rhymes, honestly this used to be cute but right now it's just goddamn annoying 😤😤

We got into the house, She had her shower while I had mine then I wore her her diaper just so she doesn't get pee all over my sheets and I tucked her in but then she said "I'm not sleepy aunty mia" I was close to tears now because I was exhausted "please go to bed phoebe, I'm begging you!!" I pleaded with her but she still didn't even pretend to close her eyes and so when she finally did, I snuck out of the room but left the night light turned on and the door slightly open so she doesn't scream the roof down incase she gets up in the middle of the night

I was so close to dream world when someone tapped me lightly from behind "aunty mia, I can't sleep all by myself in that room" Oh God, this girl didn't feel like sleeping even one bit so I swallowed my pride and called the one person I know will be willing to help me, yes I had to call him

"Hello Connor, please come over its an emergency I'm begging you" he was obviously in a club since the place was really noisy, he was surprised that I would call him ever again in my life but phoebe gave me no other

It's either he drove really fast or he wasn't far from the house because he got to my house like 5 minutes after I called "uncle Connor!!" I heard phoebe yell as she saw him drive in from the verandah, he parked right next to my water fountain and then he looked up "hey buddy!" Then I opened the door for him by a button and he came upstairs "hi mia, I got your call so what's up, do you want me to take her somewhere?" He asked concerned "ummm no, I would have asked you to take her somewhere but I'm not sure if you're drunk or not so let's scratch that idea, why don't you guys just hang out in her room, do something you know please I need to sleep, I haven't slept well in ages Connor" he smiled, a smile that melted my heart, he should better forget it because I'm not forgiving him or his mother for what they did to me "thanks mia, I'm also very sorry for everything, I swear I am" then he looked down at his shoes and acted like he was shy, that wasn't fooling ne either "okay phoebe feel free to come into my room and wake me up if uncle Connor starts to scare you okay?" I hugged her goodnight and went into my room, I don't know what they did but I slept like a baby...I woke up around 8 in the morning and I walked to her room and found her on his chest,asleep, God this was too cute, I got my phone out and took the picture, I even had tye audacity to put it up on snapchat with the caption "life goals" I knew that rita would bug me forever about the pocture but i seized that moment and couldn't stop smiling so I just covered them up, went into my room to freshen up but after taking after bath and washing my hair, I forgot the goddamn towels were freshly laundered and still on my bed waiting to be arranged, I groaned, I prayed silently that I would be able to do a nude run into my bedroom without Connor or mia seeing me, I sped out of the bathroom and grabbed a towel and immediately I was safely wrapped, the both of them walked in looking really groggy and tired "hi aunty" phoebe said ad she came to me "good morning sunshine, did you sleep well with uncle Connor? " I picked her up into my arms while I said this and she smiled and giggled "we did fun things last night before we slept" then Connor walked closer to me and gave me a peck "good morning beautiful" I blushed, I really blushed why!!! No...curse my stupid blushing abilities, phoebe got down and went to go have her own shower "and least you had the decency to peck and not kiss in front of a 3 year old" I said as I dried my hair, Connor came from my behind and held me tightly "I'm not letting you go until you forgive me mia" I tried and tried my best to struggle out but damn it didn't work!he was too strong😭😭

Then it came to me, I knew what to do to get out of this sticky situation...
