Puppy Love (Jaylos)

Chapter 1

"C-carlos?" Jane asked as she peeked over her bed, and saw a golden retriever puppy sniffing around her blanket.

Jane gasped as she fell back and Carlos shifted back into his human form. He looked down and a wide smiled spread across his face, he looked back to Jane then towards the mirror. The blonde cheered as he threw his hands in the air and done a giggle as he turned back into a puppy then into his human form. Jane shook her head as she looked towards her hands then towards Carlos' shifting body.

"Isn't this great Jane?" Carlos beamed as Jane gulped and stood up, seeing Carlos giggle as he hugged her.

"I can turn into a dog whenever I want! We need to show people, I think we should scare Mal! Wait let's go chew on Evie's shoes, or or mess with Jay's hat!" Carlos exclaimed as Jane gave a nervous chuckle and shook her head as she pushed Carlos slightly away.

"Carlos, we can't tell anyone! If my mom found out that I was doing magic, then I'm toast!" Jane exclaimed as Carlos frowned and felt something rest on his head. He raised his eyebrow as he tried to reach for it before Jane snapped her small fingers in his face.

"Promise me that you won't tell anyone! Carlos, please! Not until I can fix this," The girl begged as Carlos sighed and nodded.

"Fine, I promise that I won't tell anyone." He said as he stuck out his pinky, Jane smiled as she placed hers with his then, she sighed.

"Well go back to your dorm, and I'll look things up tonight," She said as she began to push Carlos out the room and talked to herself about how much trouble she was going to be in. "Also please don't tell anyone, not a single magical being, talking mirror, or talking bird for all that matters!" She eyed as she slammed the door, leaving Carlos to whine as he trudged back to his room.

Carlos sighed as he thought about why Jane didn't want him to tell anyone, it was great that she was able to do magic. If she can turn her into a dog, then she could lots of good things, after all she is the daughter of the fairy godmother. Carlos sighed as he shook his head and reached his dorm, he raised his eyebrow as he heard yelling and opened the door, seeing Jay was pulling something away form Dude's mouth.

"Get that out of your mouth! I swear to Hades himself if you don't let that go, I will knock out your teeth and feed it to other muts!" Jay yelled as Carlos gasped and ran in, pushing Jay back, leaving Dude to chew on Jay's jersey.

"Jay, I thought aht you was going to try get along with Dude." Carlos saida s Jay sighed and crossed his arms.

The older male opened his mouth but saw something was poking out of Carlos' hair. Carlos shook his head as he pinched Jay on the shoulder, making the other boy yelp. The brunette glared at carlos, but saw the blonde was getting the jersey away from the dog and placed it on the table.

"You know that if you leave something on the floor, Dude will chew at it. Besides," Carlos said as he sat next to Jay. "If you don't start getting along with Dude, then I have to move in a room by myself." Carlos said as Jay widened his eyes and stared at Carlos.

"No you don't! Just buy the mutt his own cage, then we can live together in the small room." Jay replied as Carlos shook his head.

"No, I won't do that." The blonde said as Jay sighed.

Carlos smiled towards him and he placed his head on the older males shoulder. Jay blushed as Carlos tsked and began to tell him how Dude was a dog, and they do things that most people don't like. But Jay didn't want a dog in the room, he rather have mouse or something else because they are less quiet. But the dog was making Carlos happy, so Jay was only trying to kill the dog until they graduate. The two finally gave up bickering and began to relax on Jay's bed.

They talked about what their plans was for tomorrow, and Jay insisted that they go to the park. Because he couldn't stand being in the room longer, since he hates the dog smell. Carlos rolled his eyes and hit him on his chest and sat up, looking towards Jay, who was laying back and hummed to himself.

The blonde chewed on his bottom lip as he shook his head and stood up. Jay tapped his fingers on the back of his head as Carlos walked towards the mirror. He sighed as he rubbed his face and looked over his reflection. His millions of freckles dotted along his cheeks, his plump lips was chapped, his brown eyes was looking up towards his blonde hair, that was fading to brown. He raised his eyebrow as he touched the top of his head, and felt something warm and sturdy. Carlos chewed on his lip as he moved his curly hair and his jaw dropped as he saw them in the mirror.

They was a pair of ears.

Carlos gulped as he shook his head, he looked around the room and saw Jay;s hat was laid across the table. He rushed over and slipped it on, he leaned back on the table as Jay sighed. The brunette stood up and walked towards the table and saw Carlos was wearing his hat, he raised his eyebrow as Carlos gave him an awkward nod.

"You're wearing my hat?" Jay said as he pointed towards it as Carlos chuckled and nodded.

"Yup, yes, yeah. I, Carlos DeVil, am wearing your hat, the Jay mans hat. You know wearing to style, I think I rock it." Carlos said as Jay rolled his eyes and chuckled at the blondes awkwardness.

"Anyways, wanna grab something to eat? Because I'm starving." The older male said as he walked towards the door and Carlos nodded.

"Yeah, let's get something to eat." Carlos said as he followed Jay, but only thought about the ears.

What we thinks??? Carlos?? Jane?? Jay??? Carlos is like going to be awkward, a lot, in this book so beware!! And yeah, Jay is going to hate dogs until he doesn't want too anymore!!!! So your thoughts???
